Author's Note:

Hey guys! Okay, sorry I haven't been updating as much now... But I was having some things happen in my love life and to cut a long story which started back in October short, I am now in a relationship. Anyway it's the holidays so school won't be a problem for a few weeks. Oh, and just before you start reading I'm going to let you know that this chapter is complete shit. Okay? Okay...

I had seen Oscar again and Pete was the only one I told about it. He promised to keep a lid on the situation and I was very grateful. We had karaoke nights once every month in St Mary's which everyone enjoys. It was all started because Pete explained how vocal and instrumental feedback can help patients become better people and slowly cure them. Gerard was impressed by his words and agreed to let them start. As time went on, Gerard let patient's families come and see these small shows, since almost all of the music was written for themselves. This time, we had a very special guest sit in. Billie Joe's girlfriend Adrienne. As Billie Joe sat down, acoustic guitar in hand, he had a suspicious look in his eye. He started and Adrienne listened closely to his words.

"Words get trapped in my mind, sorry I don't take the time to feel the way I do. 'Cause the first day you came into my life, My time ticks around you. But then I need your voice, as a key to unlock all the love that's trapped in me. So tell me when it's time, to say I love you.

All I want is you to understand, that when I take your hand it's 'cause I want to. We are all born in a world of doubt, but there's no doubt. I've figured out, I love you." As Billie Joe sang the wonderful words, I snuggled into Pete's chest and he kissed the top of my head gently, as if I were a small child that he was putting to bed. I sighed and Billie Joe continued. "All I want is you to understand, that when I take your hand it's 'cause I want to. We are all born in a world of doubt, but there's no doubt. I've figured out, I love you.

I feel lonely for, all the losers that will never take the time to say. What was really on their minds instead, they just hide away. Yet they'll never have, someone like you to guide them and help along the way, or tell them when it's time to say I love you. So tell me when it's time, to say I love you." he finished. I looked at Adrienne, who was in tears. She was smiling, however, so I knew she wasn't upset by Billie Joe's action. "Listen to me, Adi. Pretty soon I'm gonna get out of here and when I do, I want to spend the rest of eternity with you." he pulled out a velvet box. Frank had gotten it for him, as we all knew what Billie Joe's plan was. He put down the guitar and walked down to her, getting down on one knee and opening the box to reveal a shiny engagement ring. "Adrienne, will you marry me?" he asked with a smile. She nodded, giving him a hug. Being the rather sissy girls they were, the two Amys squealed and went up to hug her. I just smiled and looked up to see Pete giving Billie Joe a thumbs up.

After that excitement was over, Pete and I went back to my room to do what we usually do. Write songs, joke around, talk, make out. At this point Pete had just made a hilarious joke and we were laughing like the mental people we 'used' to be. I say 'used' because I am still mental and I think one, or more, of Pete's voices is coming back. Occasionally he'll look round and shake his head or ask if I heard anything and, because I didn't, I would say no.

"So, can I see your arms?" he asked me, giving me hopeful eyes. He had been checking up my self-harming every day, making sure I hadn't done any more damage to myself. I nodded and he looked to my sleeves. I had been clean for 4 days, but I was listening to my negative thoughts more and more as the days went on. I had been keeping track of my 'clean' days, via a calender which I had hung up in the bathroom. With every day I had kept strong, Pete would mark the day with a straight line from the top left to bottom right corner in black ink. With every day I had given in, a cross in red. Since my arms were so used to bleeding, they bled for days. I kept them bandaged up. He gently unbound them and looked closely at the scars to see if they were newer. They weren't. He was wearing a smile that told me he was proud. I smiled back, not feeling his pride. "I love you, okay? We will beat this together." he assured me. I nodded, knowing deep down that he was right. His phone buzzed in his pocket and he looked casually at the text. A cheeky smile crept across his face. He placed his phone back in his jacket pocket and turned his head back to me, and took a deep breath, as he was about to speak. "Hey, I have a surprise for you."

"What is it?" I asked.

"I have someone who would very much like to meet you. Well, actually it's five people."

"Really?!" I was really excited now. "Who?!" There was a knock at the door.

"You'll see. Come on in, guys." His second sentence was directed at whoever was on the other side of the door. The door was opened and I saw five, fairly tall men with their heads down. They all stood in a line directly in from of my bed, and lifted their heads.

It was one of my absolute favourite bands; Black Veil Brides.

I was speechless. I was going to cry. No, I was going to be a squealing fan-girl. No, I was going to faint.

Instead of doing any of the things listed above, I latched onto Andy Beirsack's waist like a koala. His giggled slightly and placed his arms around my waist, pulling me up his very tall and slender body, so I could look him in the eyes. "Hi there. I'm Andy, you might know me from the band I'm in with these assholes." He turned so I could look at his band-mates as he introduced them. "This is Jinxx, Jake, Ashley and CC. Together we make up Black Veil Brides. I've been told by your boyfriend that we're one of you favourite bands."

"That statement is 100% accurate. I love your band and your music, and Lightning Thunderstien." I giggled at the last one as Andy's smile grew wider.

"I haven't heard that name in a while."

"Can you still do his voice?"

Yeah, but not without Chance... Sorry." My hung my head, and it decided to rest on Andy's chest. He gently kissed the top of my head as a way of apology, but I could sense Pete's jealousy. I carefully pulled myself away from Andy's warm embrace and kissed Pete's lips. "I know you're jealous but you will always be my guy, it's just I've loved Black Veil Brides ever since Sex & Hollywood, which was, what, seven years ago?"

"Have we really been in the music business for seven fucking years?" I heard Andy ask Ashley, as they had both been in the band since the beginning.

"And those years have been incredible." Ashley replied with a smile.

After a short while of talking, I excused myself to go and get my guitar, as Jake really wanted to hear me play. I walked out of the door to hear someone yelling my name. I turned around to see Jack running down the corridor. "Bella," he started breathlessly, "can you get Pete and your guests and take them all through to the main room? Alex wants to say something." I nodded and went straight back into my room to do what Jack had instructed.
