We started walking out of the cafeteria when I saw Alison walking towards us.
"Don't say anything about Ezra," I whispered to Hanna and Mel before going up to Alison. She was cheer captain, and I was her right hand man.
"All set for this afternoon's practice, Captain?"
"Yes, but don't call me that. You know you deserve it as much as I do."
She laughed, and I couldn't help but laugh along."Okay, we'll see you tonight," said Mel.
"And Lizzy? Stay away from Ezra," Alison hissed in my ear.
Once she walked away, Hanna asked me what Ali had said.
"She told me to stay away from Ezra," I said with a scared look on my face. "How'd she find out?"
"I don't know, but be careful, that girl can go from zero to an angry bull like that," Mel said with a snap.
"Do you guys want to come over to my house after practice?" Hanna asked.
"Yeah, I'm I'm."
"Me too."
"Okay see you guys later," Hanna said as she walked to class.
"I'll see you later too, Mel. Bye."
" See you later too Lizzy."
