     "1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8"

I could hear Alison chanting the counts to our halftime routine. We had a game Friday night and we had to be 100 percent prepared.

"Okay, let's do one more run through and then we'll be finished for the night," I said.

"Make sure you make it tight and do all of the moves," Alison added.

Practice hadn't ended soon enough, and we were pulling into Hannah's driveway.

"Are you guys hungry?" Hanna asked.

"Sure, do you want to make something?" I replied.

    "Let's make brownies!" Mel exclaimed.

We had just stepped into Han's house when her phone rang.

"Hold on guys it's Hunter. I'll be right back."

She ran off to talk to her boyfriend, so Mel and I started gathering the ingredients for our snack.

"Ok, this recipe says we need, flour sugar, cocoa powder and eggs."

We were rooting around in the cabinets for the cocoa when Hanna stepped in.

"Um, there may be a problem. You don't have any cocoa powder!"

"Seriously? I swear i just got some on Monday. Whatever, I needed to go to the store anyway. It's  Hunter and I's anniversary tomorrow and I need to get him something."

"Ok, but's lets try to hurry I'm starving," I added.
