Against The Odds

Chapter 6

*Hanna POV*

     "So what do you guys want to do?" I asked.

     "What about spin the bottle?" Hunter suggested, "There is one girl in this room I want to kiss."

     "Who, Zach?" Mel said.

      "Ugh no! You guys are practically married already. It's obviously you Hanna."

     "Oh is that so?" I joked while grabbing one of my parents' empty beer bottles."Let's play guys."

      "Okay," Lizzy said as we all sat in a circle on the floor. "Who's up?"

      "Ooh! Ooh! What about me?" Ezra jokingly yelled. He grabbed the bottle and spun it around until it stopped right in front of Lizzy. "Hey, what do you know? C'mon Liz! Lizzy was blushing furiously but nevertheless grabbed Ezra's hand and stood up. They walked into the other room and came back a few minutes later and sat back down.

     "Okay, my turn," I said. I spun the bottle as gently as I could so it would stop on Hunter. We kissed and finally it was Zach's turn. He spun it, and stopped it on Mel.

     "Huh, who would have thought? Let's go Mel!" They barely made it out of the room before Mel started full on snogging him.

     "Okay guys, get a room!" Lizzy yelled before she burst out laughing. Soon enough, everyone had to leave. Tomorrow was Friday, and we had a game after school. My parents were in Alabama so I FaceTimed them to say goodnight. Then I took off my makeup and went to bed.
