stereotypes

i honestly hate any type of stereotypes. from fanfics to movies to basically anything.

let's start with 5sos stereotypes. (sorry if you're not a fan of them but I mostly read fanfiction about them so yeah)

luke: "mr. steal ya girl", basically steals the girl. also, the girl becomes friends with him but her boyfriend (we'll just use ash) is all, "don't date him he's a bad influence."

michael: the one who is always depressed and stutters all the time. example:
"S-So h-ow was your d-ayy?" Michael stuttered.

calum: the nice guy basically tbh

last but not least..

ashton: he's basically bipolar in every story. let's say the girl becomes friends with some boy, ashton's all like "gET yOur aSs aWay fRoM hiM!!1!1!1" and it basically annoys me. like, is there any fanfiction where ashton isn't bipolar and emotional af?

so instead of having those stupid cliché and stereotype shit use these ideas.

•instead of making ash emotional or bipolar, make him a sweet and fun-loving guy.

•make the two main characters (the girl and luke) be best friends that don't secretly love each other, but have fun, share secrets, and all that best friend crap.

yes, I know, you can make your fanfic however you want. but I'm just saying, don't make a stereotype fanfic or else I will murder the hell out of ya. (jk)

peace out bitches
