The next morning I wake up pretty early. I get dressed in a you me at six shirt black and red flannel jeans and a few peices of jewellery I hadn't worn in forever. I lay back down and smile. K wakes up and he smiles. "Hey" he says "hey" I reply. I kiss him and he kisses back. "You know we really should be getting to California now" I say and he gasps dramatically. "I didn't know" he says and we both laugh. "Alright you go. I'm gonna get dressed I'll meet you down there."
I see Ky and the team still sleeping. I remember when ever morning Ky would wake me up with one of her favorite songs. Heat of the moment by Asia. I smile and cup my hands around my mouth. "HEAT OF THE MOMENT. TELLING ME WHAT YOUR HEART MEANT" I yell, trying to remember the lyrics. I hadn't heard them is so long. Everyone immediately wakes up and looks at me. Ky was confused but the second she saw me she closed her eyes, laid back down and laughed. I laugh again and everyone gets up. "Come on. We really should be getting to Cali" ky says and everyone gets up. Warren and Charlie walk down stairs. "Look princess, I don't k ow about you b-" Murphy starts but ky cuts him off. "You feeling 22?" She asks. I laugh and he just rolls his eyes and shuts up. "Just give me a few minutes" he says annoyed. He laughs back down on the couch and puts his hat over his face. "Huh" I say laughing a little. "Alright I'm gonna go get dressed" ky says to me and walks up stairs with her bag. 10k was walking down the stairs at the same time, fully dressed. As he passed Ky on the stairway she smacked his butt and laughed. He turned around laughing and she jogged up the stairs. He walks down down the stairs and kissed me. But I looked at him confused and angry. "What the hell?" I ask him. "What?...That?" He asks and points to the stairs. I nod in an "obviously" way. He laughs and looks at me. "We're dating and I can't be friends with other girls?" He asks. "You can be friends with ugly girls" I state. He laughs again kisses my forehead. "Cat, I love you. You can trust me. And if not, I'm pretty sure you can trust your own sister" he says and smiles. I tilt my head and raise my eyebrows. "I'm not so sure about that" I say and he shakes his head. "I promise. We're just becoming friends. Good friends" he says and hugs me. I hug him back and smile. "Alright... but if I catch you in any act, I will shove my foot so far up your ass you won't be able to sit for a week" I say and he looks at me surprised. "Understood" he says scared and smiles. I smile too and then ky walks back down the stairs.
She was wearing a Edward scissors hands ripped shirt, black leggings, black boots, and a blue flannel shirt tied around her waist. Her makeup was a smokey eye and she had a blue Crystal shipped like a skull as a ring. Her Batman bag draped over her shoulder. "You guys ready?" She asks. We all nod and leave. Pilling into the truck, everyone sits upfront but ky and I sit in the back.
