Everything Has Changed

Heyyo! White here ^_^ Soo~ You guys enjoying the story so far? Still new to this whole collab thing, but whatevs :p

Ash's POV

It was the second subject of the day and it was the worst, math..

Everyone hated the fact that everyday there will be a pop quiz, and here I am answering the three last questions of the test. Pretty much all you can hear from the class are groaning and mumbles.

Once I was done which is surprising, because I was the first one to finish. Well, so I thought. I turned my gaze at Serena who was just making an origami heart out of an small red paper. I tapped her shoulder to get her attention which it did, she turned her head to look at me and a visible smile could be seen from her.

"You just finished?" I asked, she shooked her head in reply "I finished like 30 minutes ago" Is she Einstein or something? 'Cause no one can be that fast! Unless your a genius at mat-wait...

"How good are you in math?" I asked out of curiosity "Pretty good, I can like solve the multiplication table without a sweat" This girl is a goddess!!

"Mr. Ketchum! Are you cheating?!" My attention diverted to Mr. Sycamore who had the angriest expression ever, I was so scared that I couldn't answer. I thought I was a goner in detention until I heard a sweet angelic say "No, he was just asking me what time it is Mr. Sycamore. Also, he was done the entire time" Everyone looked at me in glares, what? I just finished! Don't blame me that my fairy girlfriend forced me to study that evening!

"I see, Ash Ketchum your lucky that girl stood you up!" I could hear chuckles from everyone except Serena who was looking at me in concern.

After a couple more minutes the school bell finally rang, and every student who was in the class bolted away and went straight to the cafeteria. I walked down the hall alone, Serena was going to the place where we ate last time. While I easy walking towards the cafeteria I could feel all of them look at me with smirks, glares, and eyes that could kill. They were mostly from guys who likes Serena.

Once I arrived at the cafeteria, I immediately bought my food and went straight to the hill. But once I got there, Gary was with Serena. It looked like Gary was flirting with her and Serena was smiling at him. What was going on?!

I felt my entire world crumble as I drop my food and walked away. A tear ran down my face and it was all because of Gary. They won huh?

I sat down on a wall near the gym, I curved up into a ball and silently cried there. Why did this have to happen? I finally got someone to love me back, but they stole her away from me.

"Why?..." I sobbed "Ash, don't cry" My eyes widened from shock that voice..could it be?! I look up and saw Serena holding two boxes of juice, she handed the other one to me which I happily took.

"I thought you were with Gary " I uttered, Serena giggled and sat down beside me resting her head on my shoulder "I saw you turn and walk away from us, so I knew you thought Gary stole my heart from you. Honestly, your too cute Ashy" I blushed from her comment and that nickname she kept on saying at me "Well, what do you expect me to do?" I asked "Brave up and confront the guy, I'm here to help you to become a hero remember?" She pointed out " I will never be a hero.." I mumbled, she flicked my cheek from what I said.

I yelped in pain, she can really hurt someone from the flick to be honest.

"What was that for?" I said slightly annoyed from what she just did "That's for saying you're not a hero! Inspiring comes from within or from someone you adore too long Ash! It will take time for you to toughen up, but until then..let me be your inspiration for improving, because that's what you keep on doing for me for the past 3 days after all" She said with a full on smile.

That smile could be the death of me in all honesty, she's just too cute to be true! No one could be this kind for me! Not even my mom, she's truly a godsend. A godsend from the stars above.

I smile at her and she smile at me. We were both mesmerized from each eyes, I was getting dragged in the ocean again. So blue...so wide and deep, yet skin beautiful in many ways. I can see her extending a hand for me to grab, I want to grab her hand and protect her with my dear life. So fragile, yet so strong.

She makes me feel safe a deep warm when we hug, she makes me happy when she's around me. I feel weird around her, and I would always lose myself in those eyes.

I know what's with me, and I don't want that to go away. I was truly in fact in love with her.

She took my hat off and I grabbed it from her. She leaned closer and I did the same. The wind blew slowly around us and fallen leaves from Sakura trees danced with the wind as our faint breaths could be felt from the touch. I closed my eyes and she did the same. We were merely  inches apart, and I put my hat infront of our faces to hide to contact.

Just an inch left and....

(Quick author's note XD I just wanted to say how ridiculous this story is! We're nearing the 3k mark everyone!! I'm so happy! ..

Our lips touched and everything felt right. A sudden jolt of electricity went up through my body, I wrapped my arms around her waist as she wrapped her arms around my neck.

I know she was happy and she knows I was as well.

This day couldn't be more perfect, because of her..

Everything has changed..

In a good way.
