It was morning the snow was finally able to melt. We stepped outside and saw Snowy was right there, it looked like someone shot it's tail.

"Everyone remembers the plan?" I asked.

Everyone nodded.

We each had spears in our hands, just in case. I took a deep breath and went closer to Snowy. So close that I could touch it and that Snowy can touch me.

Then Snowy looked at the spear in my hand and grabbed it with its teeth, the spear snapped in half. She came closer to me.

Justin came and tried to save me but when he did he was in the same position as me. She was coming at us and we started running, but then there was a huge cliff.

I stepped back, but I didn't realize Justin was behind me I bumped into him but I grabbed him before he fall all the way. If I let go then he could fall to his death.

But then we spotted water at the end of the fall.

"Let go!" Justin said.

"No, we don't how deep that water is." I told him.

"Trust me." Justin said to me.

I didn't know what choose but Snowy bit my hand, and I jumped a little and slipped and fell off the cliff with Justin.

"Grab my hand." Justin said.

I grabbed it and we were plummeting to the lake.

"If we die, there is no one I would rather die with than you." Justin told me.

I was to scared to talk so I just nodded.

We landed in the lake, the lake was shallow but not that shallow. So we landed perfectly.

It felt good to be alive, but I don't know where Justin was. I looked every then I saw him standing up I went over him and hugged him.

"How are we going to get out of here?" Justin asked.

"We can build a ladder out of sticks." I told him.

"Let's do it." Justin replied.

***

We finally got it done we were half way to the top, but then Justin was messing around.

"Knock it off, this ladder going to hold." I warned.

"Don't worry, I'm as light as a feather." Justin assumed.

Suddenly the stick that he was holding installed and he fell all the way down.

"Oh god!" I shouted.

I started to climb down. I found him lying there. Eyes closed. Not breathing!
