Alexis POV
  I was awoken by the annoying blaring sound coming from my alarm, stretching out my arm I slapped across my side table trying to turn it off. I groaned trying to wake my body up but ended up falling off the bed, pulling my phone from underneath my pillow I checked the time after being blinded by the brightness and noticed I was getting late for my first day of school.
        "Shit" I cursed running into the bathroom to get ready. After a fast shower and brushing my teeth, I threw in a black crop top with a leather jacket and ripped blue jeans and my converse. Grabbing my bag and rushing out my room and down the stairs, I took a detour to the kitchen and grabbed an apple " Hi mum. Bye mum" I shouted running out. I heard her laugh faintly and say " Have fun sweetie".
      Since I didn't have a car, I ran to school. Seeing as school was 10 minutes from my house it didn't take me that long. Getting to the school gates I took a second to admire it, Havensville High school was written in bold letters and you could see the students in the parking lot hugging and talking animatedly amongst each other. Taking ga deep breath I walked in past the parking lot and made it to the school doors, I could hear the curious whispers as I passed through and I was sure it wouldn't end there, I know this because this isn't my first or second school. So you could say I was used to the curious stares and side talks, walking in I tried to find my way to the main office to get my time table.
     Getting there I noticed a red head sitting behind the desk and upon hearing me walking she straightened up and put a fake smile on her face saying "Hi, I'm miss Macy, what can I help you with?" She seemed anything but ready to help me, but that wasn't my problem. " I'm Alexis, I came to pick up my time table" I said. Her eyes seemed to widen with realization, before she stood up and started looking through some stacks of papers behind her. They were so much I thought it would tip over and make a mess. After getting my time table I went in search of my locker, which was surprisingly close to my first class. So after getting my books and walking in I noticed I was one of the first people here, so I used that opportunity to take the back seats. The bell rang and the students started filing in, a bunch of jocks came in and you could see the female population swoon at their arrival, I rolled my eyes really girls. I groaned quietly, at least I thought I did until a few heads turned in my direction, I noticed one of the jocks start to walk in my direction and apparently so did everyone else, as the class turned eerily quiet.
Now I wasn't one of the shy people but I wasn't necessarily loud, and as he opened his mouth to talk I could feel the stupidity radiate off of him, and he said " Where have you been all my life?" with a stupid smirk on his face. I smiled sweetly and said "Away from you". From his facial expression and the howling laughter of his teammates you could tell he wasn't used to being denied. Looking round the class I noticed time girls looking at me with hatred and the boys looking like I was their next challenge. Looking back at jock boy he still had a shocked look on his face, he was brought back to reality after a book was slammed on the table, looking forward I saw the math teacher looking pointedly at the class and immediately the bell rang sending everyone to their seats, before jock boy ( that's what I call thus unnamed idiot) left but not before whispering "this isn't over" just for him and I to hear. The math teacher Mr Anderson called me out to introduce myself, apparently the furious shaking of my head didn't inform him that I didn't want to do it. So I stood up and walked to the front of the class and said " My name is Alexis Hamilton" I was keen on keeping a low profile but by the clearing of his throat he indicated he wanted me to say more, but being me I ignored him and made my way back to my seat.
The class was boring as hell, I doodled in my book for most of it, the sound of the door opening got us all to look towards the entrance and I noticed someone coming in "Happy you could join us Mr Taylor" said Mr Anderson, the boy took no notice and walked to his seat which was also in the back row while the teacher resumed the lesson. Apparently this was a normal occurrence, I turned to my left to get a better look at him and caught him already staring at me. I saw the deepest blue eyes I've ever seen, I couldn't look away it was like a trance and neither could he, it was like an intense stare down . Hearing the bell ring I was snapped out of my daze and jumped up gathering my books to leave the class, walking down the hallway I noticed a girl waving animatedly. I looked around me to find who she was waving at, then I saw her walk in my direction "Hi, I'm Haley, I'm in your math class." "Hi" I said not really up for conversation but she didn't seem to notice as she kept the conversation going "You seem really cool and I would like to be friends with you, I don't really get along with most of  the people in this school because they're too judgy and stuck up" she made a cute disgusted face and I couldn't help laughing. She seemed to perk up at the sound of my laughter, she was about to say something when the bell rang. Is it just me or does the bell seems to go off at the most unexpected times, then she said "I'll find you during lunch" and she ran off.
        The rest of the day went slowly, so when the bell rang for lunch I was more than happy to leave class. On my way to the lunch room I ran into a wall and heard it growl, wait walls don't growl! I looked up only to find the same blue eyes from earlier. "Watch where you're going"he snapped angrily, taken aback I raised my eyebrows in shock, but before I could respond he walked away. What crawled up his butt and died?!, with a loud growling noise that came from my stomach I decided to hurry to be able to feed the beast.
