Fast forward to now.

I was sitting on a bench. A hot uncomfortable bench. It was my confinement.

I had sprained my hand on the climbing wall the day before, and it was my right hand. Meaning, I couldn't pick up my sword or do any normal camp activities. I couldn't even prop open a book! So I had to sit on the bench, until I healed.

I looked over to the glittering white buildings of New Athens. The girl and boy who rescued me where in there. Actually, the girl was my half sister. We had the same mom, Athena. And the boy was like my brother. But I was only twelve. I could only go to town once a month, until I turned thirteen.

I sighed. I really was stuck here. Then I heard a noise. A noise coming outside of the barrier.
