I don't remember if you've answered this before but how did you and Will get together? Like, I need a detailed explanation of how you told each other you like one another? Also, how did you guys come out to everyone?

I don't remember if I answered this one either, so here goes nothing.

Our whole story isn't that exciting, honestly. Like, we didn't require any interventions or friends pushing us together. It was just kinda a natural gravitation to each other.

The day we got together officially, I was walking him to the infirmary for his shift. I don't really remember all the details leading up to it, honestly, I just remember that I asked him how he would feel about us going out.

He said, "I wouldn't mind that, honestly. Half the camp already thinks we are."

And so I said, "so... do you want to?? Date, that is."

And he said sure and that's how we got together. At least, officially. We were kind of dating before we came to the mutual conclusion that we should date. And, like he said when we were talking, most of the camo already thought we were together. Like, Lou and Cecil didn't even react. They were just like, "you guys finally got it together?? Thank Aphrodite."

So we honestly didn't change too much of what we had already been doing when we became official, we just added kissing into the mix of everything else we were doing together.

As for how we came out as a couple?? We didn't really. I mentioned before how most of camp already thought we were dating so it's not like we had to make a big deal out of it. People saw us holding hands around camp or they'd see one of us kiss the other and they'd congratulate us on "getting your shit together" (Katie's words, not mine).

It was nice how no one really made a super huge deal about us being the first out gay couple. I mean, we still get flack and some people still avoid us and all that. But for the most part, everyone was pretty chill about the whole thing. It was good.
