Chapter 43: the nerves can get to you..

* Harry's POV*

When Gabby went up to bed I decided to go to sleep also

I trudged up the stairs into my bedroom.

I was not tired I wanted Caitlin and to see Zoe,

But most of all I'm worried about seeing my dad

I heard the faint cries of Sofia.

Then came a " a got it"

The tone was a women's voice so it had to be Gabby

I heard the door open

I have to talk to her or else I won't sleep, and I need rest for my baby girl

Then I got up and out of my bed.

I trudged slowly into the nursery

There i saw Gabby sitting in the rocking chair feeding Sofia

" what are you doing up Harry?" She said then let a yawn escape her lips

" I can't sleep" I said walking into the room and sitting on the bed

" what are you thinking about?" She asked

" what do you mean?" I asked

" Harry come on you sleep a lot, you don't sleep when your upset or need to think about something" she said

Then she burped Sofia

She let out a little burp

" excuse you" she said laughing

I laughed along with her

" I've been thinking about my f-family and how you are the only one who knows, I'm not sure if I should go see my dad"

" well it's all up to you, If it were me I would go but its not so you pick. Either way I will support your decision" she said

" thanks" I Said

Then I paused and took a moment to think

" should I go see that man. He ruined my life forever" " but maybe I should I haven't seen him in years"

Those thoughts replayed in my mind

" well" she said snapping me out of my daze

" I guess i should go shouldn't I" I said

She nodded

" will you come with me?" I asked

" of course" she said as she laid the sleeping child down in her crib

Then she walked out of the room, I followed

" Harry do you wan ya drink?" She asked

" what alcohol?!" I said

She nodded

" what kind?" I said

" mixed drinks" she said

" well then surprise me" I said

Then I looked at the clock.

It was only 10:46 so I could drink a little bit

She went into the cupboard and grabbed some crown and 7 up

I grabbed 2 glasses and set them next to her on the table

She poured the alcohol in first then the pop.

Then she grabbed a straw and stirred it around .
