The comet sped through the Milky Way, aiming straight for its target: Earth's moon. It was the hundred and seventy-seventh anniversary of the comet colliding with the moon, so something special would happen this year.

She locked "eyes" on her target, and put in a final burst of speed. With a silent crash from the dark side of the moon, the comet spun away dizzily into space, not to be again for another year.

Meanwhile, as soon as the moon had sensed the comet, it had started to glow. After that slight touch, the moon sent down a beam of light to contact the magic in Stardust Lake.

Little does the moon know that every time she sends a message this causes trouble for three teenagers.
