Bella-

Going down some long and dusty roads, Beau and I finally pulled up towards a beautifully crafted, white plantation house. From the outside, it had a wrap-around porch, a swing that had some pillows, and some flowers spread all around the porch. It looked beautiful, and that was just from the truck view. Getting out of our trucks, we all walked up the path and into the house. Entering, I didn't make a big notice of the color of the foyer or living room as it was white with few grey shades mixed in. It made me feel like I was in a fancy hotel instead of a house. I didn't like it one bit.

"Bella? You comin'?" Beau said breaking me from my thoughts and making me realize that I was alone in the said foyer.

Nodding, I walked with him towards the couch. Beau sat in the available seat and I sat in his lap. We used to do this all the time as kids, and this kinda allowed me to reconnect with him and be the little kid that I had missed being when I was younger. Looking up at them and started asking some questions of my own.

"Before I begin, who are the two that I haven't met yet?"

"The names Peter Whitlock, ma'am, and this is my wife, Charlotte." The red-eyed male said, pointing to himself and then to a red-eyed female next to him.

"Nice to meet you both. My name's Bella, but you can call me Izzy. Do both of you have powers?"

"Ony one of us and I wouldn't call it a power. I just have the ability of 'knowing shit.'"

Chuckling, I nodded my understanding. Turning to my brother, who was bored and was playing with my hair, I told him not to get too pissed since he could get himself killed. He nodded his understanding and I dived into my story.

"Back in Forks, Edward took me into the woods..."

---Flashback---

Hiking in the woods, I followed Edward in. Stopping about a mile into the woods, he turned around and told me that we were over. I had gotten angry. Not to the point where I would cry, but just angry. I looked at him like he was crazy.

"So you're just going to throw away everything that happened to us? Just like that? I thought we were supposed to be mates. At least that's what you told me." I stated, with my arms crossed over my chest.

"No, we were never mates, Bella. You were just a distraction to mine and everyone else's boring immortal life. I never really loved you." He told me with a sinister smile on his face.

At this point, I was furious. How could he do that to me? Why would everyone do this to me? Was I just a pawn in a game of fabled love? With so many questions running through my head, I didn't notice that he came up behind me. Feeling his cold touch on my waist, I jumped from my meddling thoughts and paid attention to the present.

"You know, Bella, I have yet to have my way with you." He said, pushing me to the ground.

Before he could even start, he was flung off of me by an unknown person that was most likely a vampire. Whoever it was, I thank them even if they don't know it. I took the opportunity to get up and get out of the woods.

---End of flashback---

"From then on, I decided to revert to my old self and never let anyone push me over again." I finished and looked back to be greeted by faces of anger and fury.

My brother, who had been quiet through everything, was shaking from fury. I couldn't blame him. If I was him, I would be too. He tried to get up, but I looked at him and shook my head. I didn't care if he was older than me, but I would be damned if I let him get hurt.

"Izzy, you never were a pawn to us, and Edward told us that you never wanted to see us again. So we assumed that you were okay and this was a clean break. We can't express how sorry that we are and how much all of us miss you." Carlisle stated with venom tears in his eyes.

"You are a low-life, Edward. You never deserved Bella in the first place. Secondly, that is not how you treat women. They are supposed to be treated with the utmost respect, not like the dirt on the bottom of you're shoe." Jasper said, holding the prick by his throat against the wall. This honestly surprised me.

"Jasper it's ok. I wasn't hurt. I'm not harmed. See?" I said, going up to him and putting my hand on his shoulder.

"It doesn't matter, Bella. He almost hurt you. On top of that, you deserve so much better than this piece of crap."

"Jasper, what's wrong? Why is this bothering you so much?" I stated, concerned with the way he was acting. What came next, shocked me to the core.

"On that day Bella, I was the one that saved you. I am also your mate."
