I softly pushed open the door to the library. I had forgotten how huge it was, what if I can't find her? Just then, at a table a few bookshelves away, I spied the little bluenette. She looked to be happily reading a book.

I didn't want to shout, so I quietly stepped further towards her direction until I was behind her. I tapped on her shoulder, and she turned around looking a little frightened.

"Oh- Hey! (Y/N), it's you!" She greeted me with hushed excitement.

"Hey cutie, I didn't mean to startle you." He face turned a soft pink upon hearing the name, and she pushed a little of her hair over her face in an attempt to hide it.

"O-oh, no. I was just doing some reading." She smiled and gestured to the book. Levy is always so enthusiastic about reading, and she's incredibly smart. It's one of the things I love about her.

"Is the book any good?" Her face lit up as she began to go on about the book, it was a fiction story about a boy and his brother who've lost parts or all of their bodies.

"Wow, that sounds really good. Maybe we could read it together sometime? We could take turns reading aloud to one another." She clapped her hands together gently.

"That sounds amazing (Y/N)!"

"I thought you might like that idea Levy." With that I took the seat across from her and began to read a book she had picked out for me.

This was the second library date we had been on, but I didn't really mind. One reason Levy and I got along so well is because we both loved reading.

We read for maybe an hour when the silence of the library was interrupted by a rather loud rumbling sound. I looked up and noticed Levy's face was tinged with the color of cherries.

"Hey, are you hungry? Would you like to get some lunch?" She nodded slowly, still looking a little embarrassed. "It's okay, come on then." I stood up and made my way towards her. Next I reached my hand for her's and began to head out of the library.

We agreed to eat at a place outside of the guild, instead of just ordering something from Mira. Levy glanced at me while we were walking.

"Hey (Y/N), you like sweets right?"
This made me curious as to where we would eat, I let her pick and all I know is that it's outside the guild.

"Yeah, sweets are great." She gave me a pleased smile, it was adorable.

"Good."

After a little bit of walking we arrived at the place, a little shop that sold things like cake. If the food was anything like the plastic window displays, this would be delicious.

We sat down at a booth next to the window, the view of Magnolia was amazing from here. You could see all kinds of people walking by and shopping for things.

"May I take your order?" I was so busy looking out the window, I hadn't even noticed the waiter. Levy giggled as I tried to realize my surroundings.

"Oh, yes, sure." I ordered an ice cream and Levy got a plate of cookies.

She smiled as we waited.

"You made a really good choice, the ice cream here is fantastic." I noticed that Levy seemed to almost always be smiling about something, I guess it was just part of her charm.

As we waited for our deserts, I noticed how cute she was dressed today. She was wearing the headband she always wore and an light orange t-shirt paired with a white skirt that had a bow on the side.

"Hey Levy, you look really cute in that outfit."

"Oh, thank you (Y/N)! I'm trying out some new stuff."

Quickly after that the waiter arrived with ice cream and cookies in hand. He placed down a shiny tray containing our sweets, then left once more.

Halfway through my eating, I noticed Levy trying not to laugh. She was failing pretty bad.

"What's so funny?" She started laughing even more and pointed at me.
"I'm funny? How?"

"No, it's not you. Just, you have some ice cream on your nose." She giggled a little more and pressed a napkin to my face, wiping it off.

"Oh, thanks for telling me." I laughed a little too, and finished eating. More carefully this time.

After we had both finished, I stood up.

"Let's go back to the guild now."

"Okay." She agreed and nodded her head.

On the walk back she stopped and gave me a hug. It surprised me for a monent, but I hugged her back.

"Thanks for today, I really had fun. Let's do this again, okay (Y/N)?"

"Okay, I would love that." I smiled at her, and we finished our walk back to the guild.
