~Chapter 2~

You awoke from your dreamless slumber, and your eyelids slowly batted open.

You yawned and slowly got out of bed, you tried turning on the lights, but you remembered the storm caused the power to go off.

You groaned to yourself and got changed into a (Favorite color) T-shirt with blue skinny jeans, you put on black converse sneakers and once you washed up and got everything on, you put a blue triforce crest cap on your head.

You grabbed your wallet and your phone before going out the door.

"Good morning Ms.(L/n), I do hope the storm didn't bother you too much?" Mr.Wilfred greeted you as you walked out of the elevator.

"Nah, I slept just fine." You grinned.

"Good." He smiled back.

You walked out of the hotel and walked along the concrete sidewalk. Suddenly, you heard a faint noise, almost like a bomb had gone off in the distance. You shrugged it off as nothing and continued walking.

After awhile, you arrived at a small cafè, you always went there for breakfast, and you were hoping you would run into Josh, he had a part-time job there.

You walked inside and out of nowhere, you heard that faint noise again, you wanted to look around, but you just shook your head and continued on your way.

You walked up to the counter, and none other than Josh was at the cash register.

"Oh hey, (Y/n)! How are you today?" He asked you with a warm smile. Josh was about a half an inch taller than you, he had blonde hair like Link's, and he had warm green eyes.

"I'm good I guess, the power went out in the hotel from that storm though." You sighed.

"Aw man.. Hey, how about you and I go out and meet up with Isaac and Marie once my shift is over?" He suggested.

You smiled. "That sounds cool, but what would we do?" You asked curiously.

"Well, maybe we could just take a drive around the town, get to know the place more y'know?"

"Hmm, that sounds pretty good to me!" You agreed.

"Alright! I'll be done in about another half an hour, you can have some coffee and a muffin while you wait, it's on me." He grinned.

"You don't have to pay Josh!" You protested, but Josh just shook his head.

"Nope, you did an amazing job in that skit yesterday, consider it your little reward!" He winked playfully.

*~Tiny Timeskip~*

You had gone outside and sat at one of the nearby tables, it had a brown umbrella in the middle and the table was a beautiful white.

You heard the noise from earlier yet again, and this time, you didn't hesitate to look around.

You looked behind you left and right, but found nothing, until you looked toward a patch of bushes nearby.

You saw a barely visible golden yellow diamond, and in mere seconds, it vanished into thin air.

You rubbed your eyes in disbelief. You wondered if they were playing tricks on you or they were blurry, but you seemed to be seeing clearly.

"What...was that?" You thought.

You were interrupted from your daze by Josh coming out with a cup of (Your favorite Coffee) and a (Favorite kind of muffin).

"Here you go ma'am." He spoke with a fancy tone.

You laughed. "Why thank you good sir." You replied in the same manner, earning a laugh from him aswell.
