You led Griffin through the darkness of the cinema as the previews for the movie played, you went all the way up to the top row.
"Best seats!" Marie whispered happily as she sat down.
From left to right, it was Josh, Isaac, Marie, you, and Griffin.
"Was this movie a good idea or what?" Josh whispered to Isaac.
"A very, good idea." Isaac agreed.
Isaac passed out all the drinks, and you couldn't help but feel embarrassed to put two straws in yours.
You noticed Griffin was looking at the popcorn with a pretty curious look.
"Never tried it?" You asked.
Griffin gave a quiet nod.
"Well, it's pretty good." You grinned, taking a handful of it.
Griffin watched as you stuffed it in your mouth.
He raised a brow, he had never seen someone eat in that manner, it was odd to say the least.
Griffin looked down at the popcorn once more, wondering if he should try it, and after a moment, he copied your movements and ate a handful.
A satisfied hum came from Griffin, and you couldn't help but grin even wider.
"Good huh?" You elbowed him.
Griffin gave a small smile and nodded once more.
"I've... never eaten anything such as this before in my life." He whispered.
"Well, you have now." You giggled.
You wondered if he would want some of the candy, so you took out the box of (Favorite candy) and took out a piece.
"How about you try this next?" You asked somewhat excitedly.
Griffin raised a brow as he took the small piece of candy in his hand, and examined it.
"It's a (Favorite candy). Trust me, it's really good." You smiled.
Griffin looked at you for a moment, he then picked up the small piece in between his index finger and thumb, then put it in his mouth.
In mere seconds, his face lit up with a wider smile than before.
"Told ya!" You whispered happily.
"Isaac? Are you seeing this?" Josh tapped Isaac's shoulder, keeping a close eye on Griffin.
"I am, It's pretty crazy this guy has never tried candy or popcorn before." Isaac replied.
"That's not exactly what I mean."
"Then what?"
"Something about this Griffin guy has me thinking, I feel like I know this guy from somewhere, but I can't remember where."
"In what way?" Isaac asked curiously.
"The way his eyes seem so dark, his odd demeanor, and the way he seems to talk as if he were from something like the medieval times."
"Now that you mention it... he does seem pretty familiar to someone... but who?"
While the boys were contemplating that, Marie was focused on the previews, which had finally come to an end.
"Guys! The movies starting!" Marie poked at you and Isaac.
You and Griffin looked at the screen to see (Favorite movie) starting to play.
