1. Joker's Love

A/N : A world in which Soraru is the master and Mafu is his Joker. Enjoy!

Every joker have their masters. Mafu was no different. In fact, he loved his master. A lot.

"Master, can we go out today?" The white-haired boy with a black star etched on his right eye asked. "Not now, Mafu," was the reply. He pouted. "But it had been so long since I went out!" The raven-haired male gazed at him before sighing. "Fine. Wear something.....more fitting." The albino glanced down at his outfit before looking back up, tilting his head. "There isn't anything wrong!" He exclaimed.
"You are wearing pajamas, Mafu." The albino flushed red, and ran back into his bedroom. Soraru just shook his head, smiling faintly. "C'mon. I'll get you something." He followed behind Mafu with a small smile.

"I missed you, Mafu." Soraru smiled at the sleeping male. As he thought, the young joker will be sleepy when he finished his rounds around the city. He was tired, too, but he was contented to stare at the albino's sleeping face as it was just so cute. "Nng.." The little joker mumbled, and sneaked in closer. With a soft sigh, Soraru laid down and went to sleep.

I wonder, can you survive without me? I'll be leaving you soon.

As usual, Mafu was jumpy and cheerful, but he noticed something wrong with his master. "Master?" He tugged on Soraru's sleeve, making the older male flinch before looking down at him with a sleepy smile. "Yes?" "Is something wrong?" Soraru ruffled Mafu's head, and forced a small chuckle. "Nah, nothing you should be worried about, my little joker."
"You are lying, master." Mafu was staring at him, making him squirm a little. "No, I'm not-" "Yes you are!" Mafu shouted. "Your glow isn't...As strong as last time." Soraru paused. "What glow?" "I can see master's life glow. It's not shining very brightly," Mafu bit his lip, confused, "Maybe I'm seeing wrong?"
It is time to tell him. "Mafu, I'm dying." It was a little funny to see all the different emotions flitting past Mafu's face, it's almost like reading a book. Confusion, followed by shock, devastation, and finally, the pain of betrayal. "What?!" Mafu asked, pain in his words.
Soraru took a deep breath, and told Mafu. "It was a heart disease. There isn't any donor, so, I resigned to my fate." He smiled at the albino. "It wasn't that bad, we have 2 more months to be together, Mafu." "What will happen when you...d..-" Soraru tilted his head, and hummed. "You can find a new master, I mean, it's okay, right?"
It shocked him when he looked up to see Mafu crying. "Master, you stupid-" he let out a huge sob, "I can't find another master!" "Huh?" "I love you, what the hell?!!" Mafu shouted and turned away. Soraru tried to reach for his hand, about Mafu jerked away. "Stop it, Mafu, I love you too, but it can't be helped, right?"
The joker puffed angrily, "You totally don't get it! I don't love you in master and joker way, but in a romantic way!" "Eh?" Mafu blushed and looked back at his master. Soraru was blushing, and his mouth is parted in a small 'o'. "I- I see.." "You totally don't!! I can't believe I fell in love with such a stupid master!!"
He was pulled behind then, making him squeal a little. "Stop it-!" "Stop calling me stupid, Mafu." The raven-haired male bit on the albino's ear before licking over the bite. "Noo, ngh-" "I love you too, you know." Soraru smiled at him. "Now that both of us are honest to each other, let's spend the two months as best as we can, hmm?" With a blush on his face, Mafu leaned into the other male's embrace and sighed.
"Okay."

A/N : To be honest, I've been working on this story for gods-know-when. Even before Different Worlds. So since I lost my main idea for this, I hope this is good enough as the opening 1st chapter!!!
