Soraru sat in front of his desk, his eyes blank and his fingers twirling a pencil absentmindedly. He had stopped going to university last week- because the teasing and everything had just went over the edge. He could already feel his life seeping away, into the oblivion he hates. That doesn't bother him in any way. What that bothers him, however is definitely annoying...
He lets go of the pencil, his fingers clasping together as he leaned back on his chair. He just wanted to get over everything sometimes. Sometimes he just wanted to try suicide just to see just who actually cares about him. A thought of an albino flitted past his mind, along with a thought of 'he would care. You know he would.' But he wouldn't. Soraru is sure of that.
In fact, this little cute angel had stopped texting, and talking to him ever since he found his lover. 'A match made in heaven, Soraru-san!' was what he would exclaimed, his eyes filled with pure bliss. And maybe Soraru is jealous, but he had never wanted to punch Mafu's lover that he'd before. He picked the pencil back up, finding a blank paper to write his thoughts in it. After finishing, he went to sleep.
Just like any other day.

Soraru is making breakfast when his phone rang. He picked it up, trying his best to sound nice, but it is hard, since he had not spoken for around two weeks. "Hello?" He cringed at his own scratchy voice. "Soraru-san?" It's Mafu. The raven-haired male perked up, replying with a 'hmm?' "Luz-kun isn't free today, how about we meet up?" Soraru almost laughed. It's most definitely about him again. Maybe it's because he hates himself, and wanted to torture himself, but he agreed. "When, and where?" He asked hoarsely, hating himself afterwards.
He sat down directly opposite Mafu, who was stirring his coffee. "What's up?" Soraru asked, and Mafu brightened happily. "It was a great weekend, Soraru-san! Luz-kun gave me a bouquet of flowers, and we had fun at the amusement park!!" The raven-haired male hummed, his face a mask of boredom. As I thought, it's about him again.
Mafu looked at him, confused. "Soraru-san? Are you okay?" He plastered on a smile and nodded. "Of course." Mafu relaxed, and took a long sip from his tea. "It will be great, Soraru-san, if Luz-kun and I got engaged." He giggled, before continuing, "Won't it? We are making plans to get our rings."
This came as a shock to Soraru, as he dropped his spoon with a clatter. "What?" He stammered out, and Mafu beamed at him. "We are getting engaged! You will come, right?" The raven-haired male stared at him blankly, before standing up and putting the money in the table. "I'll see," he said in a horrifyingly emotionless tone, and walked out, leaving Mafu alone.Once Soraru was home, he immediately ran towards the bathroom and vomited. Heh, you see, even your body can't stand you, Soraru. He smirked to himself slightly before emptying his stomach into the toilet. Once he was done, he flushed the toilet and washed his mouth. Then, he stumbled back to his bedroom, bundling himself up with blankets. I'm just so scared, he closed his eyes, shivering slightly. That you will leave me. He curled into a ball and sighed. But that can't be helped, right?
And so Soraru spent the whole day sighing into his pillow. The next week, Mafu and Luz announced that they were going to get engaged. Honestly, why have Soraru ever thought that he would have a chance? He ignored the sympathizing stares from Amatsuki, Un:c, Kashitaro and the others. When he was sipping his wine at the engagement party, holed up in a small secluded corner, he felt someone move next to him.
"I'm not interested in having sex-" he abruptly cut himself off when he saw the light-haired male standing next to him. "Soraru-san," Luz said softly, his eyes trained on his wine glass. Soraru willed his face to do neutral, as he looked at the younger male. "Yes? Ah, congratulations on your engagement, Luz." "Thank you." The silence stretched between them, before Luz decided to cut the silence.
"Thank you for letting Mafu be with me," he said quietly, and Soraru's head shot up. "What?" He stammered, and Luz smiled. "I know that you love him." The raven-haired male noted the words Luz used in his sentence; love not loved. "I gave up," Soraru replied simply, and the younger male huffed. "Yeah, as if."
"Mafu really thinks you're his best friend you know." Soraru glanced at Luz, but his face was happy. Not angry at all. "He really likes you- I hope you are still going to be close with him after this.... still be his best friend and not ignore him." "I won't." That's the truth. Soraru will never leave Mafu, even though he got married, even though he hurt his heart.
Luz relaxed. "Thank you- again, Soraru-san." He left Soraru alone, and the male stared at his glass before downing the drink at once.
"It's not because you told me to, Luz," he whispered into the darkness, before closing his eyes a little."It's for Mafu."
