"Did he hurt you" Mikey said worried.
"Only a few bruises"
"What did he do"
"Tried to kill me but backed down"
"Woah what? He backed down?" Mikey said surprised. I nodded my head. Mikey just shook his head in confusion. "Okay so what about the cross I gave you. How did he get in". "I..I don't know it's right th-" I noticed the cross was gone. "It's gone" he said coldly.
"Alright Gerard must have something planned if he didn't kill you and I'm worried". "Hey at least I'm not dead" I replied smiling. Mikey turned to me and shook his head. "Sweetheart you might just wish he did kill you".

It's been a week and no sign of Gerard so Mikey let me stay at my place again. I was beginning to think he had forgotten about me and Mikey until I heard a nock on my door. I opened it and was greeted with a nice smile and soft eyes. It was Gerard. He stepped inside moving me out of the way slightly and closing the door behind him.
I looked at him in shock and he just smiled wider. "Ay I clean up nicely I know". "YOU TRIED TO KILL ME YOU TWAT" I yelled punching him in the chest. He didn't even flinch. He just stood there looking down on me. "I know. I apologize. Just doin my job" he said picking me up. "I don't accept put me down!" I tried to wiggle out of his arms.
"Oh come on Frankie it's nothing personal". He said dropped me on the couch. "I take you trying to kill me KINDA PERSONAL". "Why didn't you kill me anyways you twat" I said mocking him. It was hard to be mad at him, especially when he looks like he did before this mess happened. So innocent and kind. "You were right" he said. "I have a soft spot for you".
"The stranger that would always bring me roses and talk to me. So innocent and clueless to what I was" he said smiling at me. I winced at the memory of me in that tree. "Plus I still feel sorry for you. The only reason I ever tried to kill you was to take you out of this cruel world. You haven't deserved anything you have been put through" he said pulling me closer to him.
"I'll still kill you if you challenge me though"
