Lightning broke the sky, the clouds were the color of tar.
"Please be okay... Please be okay...please...please.....please...." (Y/n) said as she put her hand on the side of the windowsill
The lights in (y/n)'s house were heaven compared to the hell outside.
(Y/n) is waiting, hoping that her boyfriend of five months comes back to her house safe and sound.

"I'll be back really quick." Said Kellin
"Kellin, really? Your going to go to the grocery store at 10:00 at night?!" said (Y/n)
"Hell Yeah!" said Kellin, he then proceeded to go to the coat rack to grab his jacket. "for ryou I would do anything!!" he finished with a smile

and said " its not a big deal kellin. we don't need ice cream for tonight's movie! we have popcorn and that's good enough!"
kellin proceeded to push his arms through the arm sleeves of his jacket
"have I ever told you that i would do absolutely anything for you?" said kellin
he approached your face, grabbed your face with both of his hands and kissed you on your nose

you smiled faintly at him. You watched as he walked to the front door and opened the door.
"ill be back soon, don't worry." Kellin said with a smile and walked out the door and you could hear kellin locking the door behind him and his footsteps drift away.
you stood there in silence for a little while, and then you smiled to your self. you thought about the way kellin always put your well being over his, it gave you butterflies.
So now an hour has passed and kellin still hasn't come back, keep in mind that the nearest store is about 4 minutes from your house.
A thunderstorm was the forecast for tonight and it looked like the weather man was right. all you could hear was the violent patter of water droplets slapping your windows and roof.
you've tried calling kellin's phone but he had left it on the dinner table.
you were about to go look for your shoes to go and look for kellin when suddenly you hear footstep at the front of your door and someone push a key through the lock ad opens the door.
