Patrick POV

I woke up at 7:30am to hear my own voice blaring from a purple case adorned iPhone. I sat up groggily to see Y/N also sitting up and scrambling to shut her alarm off. When the song was cut off, Y/N noticed me stifling my laughter and blushed, mumbling "Oh, shut up, you." I laughed again, standing up to wake the other guys so we could make our way to the first venue to get everything ready for tonight so we had time to go out and get dinner before the show started.

Y/N gently shook Andy awake which was fairly easy seeing as he was a pretty light sleeper. I was not so nice with to other guys...let's just say a bit of ice and a feather duster were used and leave it at that?

Peter quickly woke up and busied himself preparing a pit of coffee to be shared before we made our way to whichever restaurant the majority ruled.

Joe, after picking small feathers out of his hair, also stood up, entered the bathroom, and emerged ten minutes later frantically searching for a hairdryer while drying the mass on his head with a small cloth.

"I don't know, do hotels even have hairdryers?" Peter inquired with a smile.

"Oh, here it is. Fuck off, Pete," Joe sighed under his breath as he started to dry his hair.

I next entered the bathroom with an armful of fresh clothes. After I changed clothes, I looked at myself in the mirror, contemplating whether or not I should shave the small layer of stubble that covered my face. "Does anyone have shaving cream?" I asked, peeking my head out the door.

"I do," responded Y/N.

She met me at the door with a small bottle of women's shave gel.

"I know it's girly, but that's what I have," she said with a giggle, brushing her hair out of her face as she turned. Damn, that was hot. Her little giggle, her perfectly sculpted calves beckoning...Mmm.

I finished shaving a couple of minutes later almost unscathed, tending to the small cut under my chin and returning to the main room, where everyone was sipping small styrofoam cups of coffee.

"Sorry, 'Trick, no more coffee...remember when you woke us up this morning?" Peter laughed, pouring a cup of black coffee and beckoning it to me.

"You Bastard.." I mumbled, choking down the coffee and trying not to grimace.

I caught Y/N stifling a giggle once again, I just shot her a smile and tried to ignore her pink cheeks.

As everyone finished up their coffee, we all grabbed our bags and I offered to carry Y/N's as well.

"Would you like me to get that for you?"

"Oh, are you sure?"

"Yeah, of course!"

"Oh, sure, thank you."

"Anytime."

I slung Y/N's Duffel bag over my shoulder and wheeled my own down the hall to the elevator, remembering we had taken Y/N's car to the hotel last night.

In the car, we decided on IHOP for breakfast. We ate pretty quickly as we had dawdled a bit getting ready this morning and it was already about 10:00am. We all ordered pancakes or waffles of some sort, ate and were quickly back into the car and on the way to the venue.

"So where is this place?" Y/N inquired.

Andy, obviously in charge of directions, walked Y/N through how to get there and we arrived about twenty minutes later.

Everyone slowly got out of the vehicle, tracing their eyes over the giant arena.

"This place is huge," Y/N breathed, Andy hearing and chuckling to himself lightly. Y/N grabbed her small purse and we all made our way across the parking lot to the entrance.

I held the door open for everyone, each person muttering a 'thanks' on their way in.

We walked through the empty lobby/ticket area (whatever it's called) and followed the directory signs to the actual stage part of the building.

We set our things down and walked around to take a look at any renovations since we had last been here. Y/N fished out a small Polaroid camera and took a few pictures of us walking around the area.

When the dirt picture was dispensed, I walked behind Y/N and looked over her shoulder, glancing at the pictures but mostly concentrating my attention on the softness and luscious smell of her hair.

My personal favorite was me standing on the right side of the stage studying the newly upholstered seats. I don't know, I just liked it.

"Oh, god, you scared me--Uh.."

"Trick."

I walked away, faced away form her with a smirk on my face, knowing her face was red. Boy, this was going to be a fun trip.

****later that night****

We were all sitting in a corner booth in an Old Chicago in Chicago (ha.) about to order our food. As the waitress returned with our waters and Joe's beer, we all ordered.

"Could I get the...pickles? Thank you," Y/N said with a smile.

"Me too," said Andy.

Joe, Pete and I were going to share a pizza, and the waitress turned and left. She came back a moment later with a digital camera.

"I'm so sorry but I'm a huge fan, could I please get a picture with you guys?" She said, her face turning a dark shade of pink.

"Oh, of course!" I exclaimed. This is the first time this has happened for a little while, how nice.

The other three guys and I stood up from the booth and gathered around the girl, and I beckoned to Y/N.

"Get on in here!" I offered, Y/N blushing and standing up and getting into the picture with us.

"Thank you so much," the girl told us, retreating from our booth.

"That was nice," Pete said as we all sat back down.

"Yeah, she was really sweet," I responded.

The waitress returned a couple minutes later with our food.

"Thank you," I tell the waitress.

"No problem!"

We all waited a bit for our food to cool down then slowly started eating our food.

***PRE SHOW***

Y/N and I had been flirting, if you will, most of the night. It was now almost time to go on stage and I wanted to show off a bit for her.

It was about 15 minutes until we went on, and I was sipping on my water to stay hydrated but didn't want to piss myself onstage.

Y/N was hanging out backstage meandering around the venue but returning back to check in so she could see us play.

The guys and I were talking and mingling with the stage managers before our show, when Joe suddenly left to find something.

He returned about 5 minutes later with a large bottle of vodka and some small plastic shot glasses.

"Shots, anyone?" He asked as Y/N returned to te backstage area.

"Fuck yeah!" Pete said.

This was unusual and we don't usually do this but I think all of us were pretty nervous for this first show, seeing as it was our hometown crowd and the kickoff show for this tour.

We each were handed a full shot glass of vodka and stood together bracing ourselves. We were going on any time now. As the other band came off stage from their last song, we yelled, "AAH!" and choked down our shots.

I turned around, grabbed Y/N's waist and pulled her close.

I locked my lips to hers, tasting her cherry lipstick. Smelling her hair. Inhaling that mesmerizing perfume.

Just as she began to kiss me back, I pulled away from her and as she stood shocked and blushing, I turned and caught up to the other guys, and took my microphone from the lead of the last band.
