I. DEAR BLONDE BEAUTY .I

Dear Blonde Beauty,

You looked so beautiful today. You are always gorgeous, something that will never change. But today, you had a special glint in your eyes. You were really happy today. Maybe you got a good grade on an assignment or something nice happened to you.

But, you were happy, and that was all that made me happy.

I loved the way you radiated it. Your hair was as bright as the sun. Your green eyes glistened like the stars. And, your mouth was dipped into a jaw-dropping smile. Oh, Althea, you blonde beauty, your happiness was all I needed in the cold days of war.

Maybe, now, I can stop going around. Being passed girl after girl, and think about my future for a while.

Maybe you're that future.

Sirius opened his trunk and put the letter inside. His thoughts revolved around Althea as he walked outside the dorm, his hands in his pockets as he whistled to old tunes.

"Sirius!" He heard someone call as he looked down the stairs. He turned his head downwards to the bottom of the stairs where Althea stood at. "Oh, um," Sirius cleared his throat and stopped moving down the stairs, not daring to get any closer, "Hey, Althea."

"Are you busy?" She asked, her fingers playing with each other, as she looked up through her eyelashes. Sirius shook his head, "Why?"

"Well," She dragged out the word, "I wanted to see if you wanted to hang out. We have the same friends, same house, same year, and, yet, we have never hung out with each other. Seems peculiar, if you think about it."

Sirius put on a tight-lipped smile, knowing she genuinely thought about this. "And I know that you don't like to study that much, so," She continued to play with her fingers as she put a small smile, "I thought we could do a prank together." 

"That sounds lovely," He moved down the stair case until he was in front of her and put his arm out for her to link in, "Shall we?"

Althea's lips curved into a mischievous smile as her perfectly shaped eyebrow rose. She looped her arm around his and looked into his eyes. "We shall."
