you came fast into my life. i imagine it this way like an opening scene of a beautifully crafted film where the protagonist is in her car and her eyes squinting as she went on the direction facing the setting sun. the color palette ranges from pastel yellow to deep orange tone, mostly happy colors. everything that day seemed vibrant and brand new. the thought that the day was unusually happy did not let me sleep. it was a night of soul searching out of all the sad nights. only loneliness and blue were there to keep me company. but suddenly, you were there. i needed a while to take that in, that finally– finally, someone is there for me. but the fast you came, the quicker you left. you were this fleeting moment before i close my eyes and drift off somewhere far from reality. here is a wandering star and you make me wish you stayed.
