Im Coming Home

Chapter 9

Harley called me a few hours ago telling me that Jimmy sent her flowers at the hospital, so here I sit at the table trying to figure out what to do. We haven't heard anything from the Irish since I brought her home, we still have yet to figure out who tipped them off in the first place but it was definitely on the inside.

"So why would Jimmy take this long to make contact?" Happy asked

"Not sure, she's been under the radar for a while now, but it's not making any sense" I said lighting up a cigarette

"We're going to have to keep protection on the little one Jax, if Jimmy will take Harley then he would definitely be taking Harlow" Juice said

"Well Chibs is with them now and I'll stay up there tonight, but I've gotta figure this shit out, I waited ten years for Harley and he's not touching my family this time" I said slamming the gavel down.

I had a few beers before I was going to head to the hospital, I needed to clear my head. There was only a few of us in the clubhouse as everyone shuffled to the taste of Charming that my mother was hosting like she did every year.

"jax I gotta talk to you for a second" juice said running over to me

"I was just about to leave when I went out back to take a piss and I overheard clay talking on the phone" Juice said sitting down.

"He was telling someone on the phone that you would at the hospital overnight and what room Harley was in" Juice said

"He's was probably telling my mom" I said butting my cigarette out

"Couldn't be Jax she just pulled into the parking lot, I think he was on the phone with Jimmy" juice said I sat back in the chair and thought.

"If clays behind this..... I need to bring this to the table without him, if anything happens to them I swear juice" I said. Juice put his hands up

"I've got you prez, I'll be on protection with Happy. No one's taking that fucker down" juice said

I sighed. This shouldn't be happening, especially one of the club members. Ever since I took over for Clay he's always seemed shady but never thought it would of gone this far. I swear if anything happens to my family because of that crippled fuck.

Happy sat at the door and I'm sure there was another patch sitting right outside. This was bullshit i just had my daughter and now I have to worry about being protected. Truth was I was terrified. The things Jimmy could do, memories I don't want to bring back up, jax knew how dangerous Jimmy was, I mean he hid me for nearly ten years forced me to do things, I can't even talk about them.

As I sit and just look at Harlow, I can imagine a life for us. The four of us. Jax had been doing good with the club and I would never ask him to give it up its who he is, but I need to make sure my children are safe, and having Jimmy stateside it's exactly my idea of safe anymore. I knew it was a matter of time before he would come around, just not sure what took him so long.

"Hey Happy, can you come help me for a second?" I asked He immediately stood up and waltzed over to me

"What can I do?" He asked

"I need you to put Harlow back in her bassinet for me, I'm still in a little bit of pain" I asked. He looked at me like I was crazy

"Please Happy" I smiled handing Harlow to him, ever so gently he walked slowly over to her bassinet and placed her down

"You'd make a good dad" I said

"Harley me and kids they just don't mix well in my profession" he laughed

"True. Good point" I laughed

"I'm gonna go sit back down, jax would kill me if he found out I was out of the chair" happy said sitting back down

I just wanted this all to be over with, I already knew that Jax was going to persuade the doctor's and nurses to let me leave early so the entire clubhouse could go on lockdown, which I didn't want to happen at all.

I looked up when the door creaked open, Jaxs head popped in the door and smiled at me and put his finger up signaling he was going to be a minute

Jax walked in the room and leaned down and kissed me. "Hey beautiful" he smiled , I smiled back at him

"What's the word?" I asked wanting to know what thier move was regarding Jimmy

"Well, your going to be released in a few hours and were going home" Jax said I raised an eyebrow at him

"Home? Didn't think we'd be going home" I laughed

"I can't put everyone on lockdown and have Harlow in that clubhouse,theres no way my daughter will be subjected to all that smoke right now" jax said

"Ok so what just going to open the door for Jimmy when he walks up the steps?" I asked Jax shook his head

"Hes not going to come anywhere near the house i promise. I will be there as will all of Samcro and Indian Hills." Jax said I sighed heavy

"Jax I can't have all those people in my house seriously" I whined

"Babe not everyone will be in the house settle down, it will just be me and maybe four patches in the house and it's all ones your close with, Happy, Juice, Rat boy and Chibs that's it everyone else will be outside watching guard" Jax said

Granted I felt a little more safe knowing I could be home but something still didn't feel right about all of this, the only thing I could do was nod my head and wait to be discharged

After giving Harley the news I decided it would be best to contact Jimmy myself so I sat on my bike with my pre paid and called

"Jackson Teller, what do I owe this honor?" He snorted

"Listen i know you know where Harley is, I want to keep the peace here Jimmy she came home she's not going back to Ireland" I said

"That's where you've got it all wrong Jackson, she is needed back in Ireland. There was an issue with her papers she needs to take care of it before she gets deported, her visa in the states is no longer valid" Jimmy said

"Oh you didn't know? She filed for a permanent visa so we could get married so try again, she's a Teller now" I laughed I heard him get a little angry on the other line

"Doesnt matter anymore Jackson she's still mine. And I bet she'll want to come home soon" Jimmy said

"Leave my family alone Jimmy or I'll have to come after you myself" I said

"No, you see I have some serious ties to Samcro now so I have some leverage on you, better think about your threats son" Jimmy said and he hung up the phone. Well Jimmy just verified that he does have some serious ties within the club. And so help me God if juice was right and it's Clay. Cause I'll kill him myself
