It has been ten minutes since she heard Julian and Shane pass through. She decided it was OK to move. But her body wouldn't let her. She layed there and cried and thought, cried some more and thought some more.
"Why would that so this to me?" She wondered. "Why would they hurt me? I thought we were friends. I did everything to be friends with them."
She sat there almost lifeless. Fear, depression, anger, happiness, stress, pain, even hunger. All gone. All she felt was empty and alone.
She fell asleep again.
Wondering what she did wrong.
What she could have done.
What she should have done.
Stayed home?
Actually go to the movies?
What she can do next.
What she could do next.
What she should do next.....
And that's what she did.
She was going to stand up out of the rock and walk south towards town. She was going to get to town and tell every one what Shane and Julian did. Then she was going home to see her mom.
