Chapter 8- first kiss

Mayas POV

When I get to school I walk to my first period class when all of a sudden someone pulls me into an empty classroom.

"Let go of me." I say to the person that pulled me into the empty classroom.

"It's just me, nerd." As I see that it's Nathan.

"You didn't even give me your number yesterday." Nathan said.

"Here just put your phone number in my phone." I said to him.

As I handed him the phone I see Amber storm in this classroom.
Oh hey Amber I said as she raised an eyebrow, and then I saw Caleb storm in after her. I'm guessing they were having an argument.

"Umm, amber me and Nathan are dating." I said to her with a forced smile on my face.

"Hahaha, you are the worse liar ever. Have I ever mentioned that. Amber said to me. When she said those words Nathan pulled me to his side.

"Actually we are dating she asked me out the day before yesterday." Nathan said in a matter a fact tone.

"And I'm just hearing about this?" She asked me with her eyebrows raised.

"No, no, no, no. I asked him out the day before yesterday, and he said yes yesterday at lunch and that when you left home sick. And I didn't say anything because I wanted to tell you face to face. Not over text." I said to Amber as Caleb was looking at me giving me a questioning look.

"You were just talking shit about him, and his crew on Monday." She said.

"I know, but it was just jealousy talking." I said as I bit my lip. In nervousness.

"Oh yeah, if you like him so much kiss him!" Amber said raising her eyebrow.

"Fine!" I said walking towards Nathan.

"I dont want to kiss you yet." Nathan said.

"Okay." I could feel my cheeks heating up.

"Well imma go to class." Nathan said walking out of the room. Then amber walked out right after Nathan.

"Why are you dating Nathan? Cause I know for a fact that you don't like him." Caleb asked me.

"Caleb, trust me I do like Nathan." Ugh saying those words make me cringe!

"Fine. But if I find out that he is forcing you to date him to closer to Amber then I will ruin his life." Caleb said giving me chills cause I was so scared.

"Well I got to get to class." I said to Caleb walking out of the empty classroom.

*4th period*

"Hey babe." Nathan said walking towards me. While a couple of people glared at me.

"Don't call me babe yet we've only been dating for a day." I said. As he gave me a confused look.

"I will call you babe because you are my girlfriend!" Nathan whispered in my ear in a harsh tone. While I got goosebumps.

"O-okay." I said to Nathan.

So fourth period was horrible. The girls were all glaring at me. But at least Nathan left me alone.

Well anyways it the begining of lunch, and Im heading to the library to eat cause I don't want to sit with Nathan and his "crew". Also cause I couldn't find Amber.

When I enter the library, I see that no one is in there accept the assistant named Danny. He was really hot though.

"Hey Maya?" Danny says to me while walking over to the table I was sitting at. By the way when he is actually close to you he is no longer hot. He is f*cking hot.

"Wait, me?" I said confused.

"Well you're the only person in here so yeah." Danny said as he chuckled, and sat down Infront of me.

"Oh, yeah." I said chuckling a little.

"Yeah, I heard you and Nathan are dating." He said, but I don't really even know Danny. Like sure I've been caught looking at him, but I've never talked to him.

"Um, yeah. Why?" I said.

"I thought he was just spreading a rumor saying that he was dating you."
He said with his head down.

"Oh yeah we're dating. But how did you know who I was?" I said chuckling a little.

"I've seen you staring at me in class, and stuff like that. And someone told me you liked me." He said smiling.

"Oh. Nah I like Nathan." I said laughing.

"Oh, well we should hang out sometime. You don't seem like other girls." Danny said rubbing the back of his neck.

"Yeah." I said smiling.

"Don't worry I won't try to flirt with you. Since you have a boyfriend." He said smiling at me.

As I'm about to say something Nathan starts to call me.

"I'll talk to you later." Is said walking out of the library, and answering Nathan.

"Where are you?" Nathan asks.

"I was in the library, but now I'm walking out. Why?" I asked.

"Meet me after school I'm driving you home." Nathan said, but he sounded kinda mad.

"Wait why are you mad?" I asked Nathan.

"Cause just meet me after school." He said in an angrier tone.

"Bye." I said as he hung up.

Damn what got him in a pissy mood? Guess I'll find out after school.
