"Where are you guys?" Ivy asked.

"We're walking to Raven's house," Isaac told her.

"Cool," Ivy said, "Do you even know where you are?"

"Yeah. . . ish. We're by Navy Elementary. That's where she lives right?"

"Yeah, so do you see the road with the big blue house?" she asked.

"With the big pine tree at the front?"

"That's the one,"

Ivy heard the boys running down the street through the phone.

"Okay. . . Anyway, I'm already at Raven's house," Ivy told them
"How did you get there so fast?" Isaac asked.

"I called Raven and asked her to make a portal to my house, so, she did."

"Cool," Isaac said.

"Oh, by the way, did you get Caiden?" Ivy asked.

"I'm here!" Ivy heard in the background.

"Okay, anyway, where are you now?"

"We just walked up the driveway," Isaac answered.

"I'll open the doors," Ivy told him.

She opened the garage doors and they went inside.

"Sup, dawg," Isaac said when they got inside.

"I told you not to say that," Caiden told him.

"Raven's upstairs," Ivy said.

They went upstairs to see Raven and Terra laying on a mattress and looking at an

iPad.

"Hey guys," Terra said without looking up.

Caiden tried to sit on Raven's bed.

"Hey!" Raven yelled, "No getting on my bed unless you showered after you went outside!"
"Okay!" Caiden said warily.

Ivy laughed.

"There's some rice in the microwave downstairs," Ivy told them.

"Thanks," Isaac said.

Suddenly, the doorbell rang. They saw that Grant was standing there hold a duffle bag. His expression looked sad but Ivy didn't know why. They went down and let him in, while asking questions like, "Did you see any Infected?" or, "Were you infected?"

"No, I'm fine," he mumbled.

"Why are you here already?" Raven asked.

"My house was attacked," he answered, "My mom was infected. I escaped them and came here."

"Grant. . ." Ivy said.

"Sorry, but we have more pressing matters," Raven interrupted, "We need to find a cure."
