Song for the chapter: 5 Seconds Of Summer-What I Like About You
--------------------------------------------------

‘Caelia! Mehendi lagayegi bhi yaa nahi?!’ (Caelia, will you even wear Mehendi or not?) that’s what I ended waking up to. A yelling Alia outside my door  ‘Kitni soyegi, meri jaan? Ab to uth’ (How much longer will you sleep, my life? Get up now) I truly hate her ‘Abey, saare naw baj gaye, kya kar kya rahi hai tu?’ (Its nine thirty, what are you even doing?) I groaned, sitting up ‘Vesper, Alura, Cleo koi toh darwaaza khol!’ (Vesper, Alura, Cleo, someone open the door!)

‘Woh Hindi nahi bolte, ullu ki patthi!’ (They don’t speak Hindi, you daughter of an owl!) I yelled out loud, suffering from the headache her voice was giving me ‘Rukh, aa rahi hoon' (Wait, I’m coming). She kept yelling outside, telling me to hurry. I stood up and I glanced around me, noticing Zayn, Liam and Harry were already gone. And that's when I got flashbacks of last night. Oh my God!I clasped a hand over my mouth, grinning stupidly big. Oh my God, Harry actually held me while I fell asleep. I suppressed a squeal. Why? Why? Why is he so damn cute? When Alia began yelling again, I groaned and told her off before running to the other room to get the items needed for my shower and skin-care and stuff.

Once back from the shower, I noticed Louis and Niall were gone as well, along with their mattresses. Ah! Finally some responsible lads. I blow dried my hair and put on concealer, foundation, a thin layer of eyeliner and chocolate brown eyeshadow. I smiled to myself, noticing it was exactly the colour of Harry’s curls. Coating my lips with wine-coloured lipstick, I searched the closet before pulling out a fancy, embroidered plum coloured straight-cut kurti and a pair of cute, floral palazzos and gold sandals. Putting them on, I went forward to put on some anti-frizz serum in my hair before braiding some parts and leaving the others loose. I braided the locks in the front in...more of a crown manner than a hairband and pinned them across my head. Pleased with my work, I pulled my phone off the charger. Seems like the power had come back soon enough for it to get 92% charged. Yey!I skipped out to meet an annoyed Alia and we headed down the stairs. Mehendi time!

‘You didn’t wake us up, you nasty woman!’ Vesper exclaimed, running to where I sat as my aunts and cousins formed our group to put mehendi on our palms. I was getting it done right upto an inch or two below my elbow. I laughed when she stumbled a bit over her lavender coloured lehenga before gathering it and sitting down next to me ‘Wow, it looks awesome!’ she motioned at my palm covered in patterns and I grinned ‘How long do you have to keep it, though?’

‘Um...two, three hours’ I answered.

‘Two, three hours?!’ Cleo nearly yelled ‘Shit! I haven’t gotten around to training my feet to style my hair yet!’

‘Aw, come on’ Alia rolled her eyes whilst getting her mehendi done ‘You can go a couple hours without using your hands’

‘Easy for you to say, miss I’ve-been-to-more-weddings-than-the-whole-of-Britain’ Vesper retorted.

‘I haven’t, actually’ she answered and Ves cursed under her breath. Alura sighed and outstretched her palms towards my aunt who smiled and began asking her about how she wanted  it.

‘Hey, Cleo’ I spoke up ‘You see that girl in the pink saree?’

She turned around to look ‘Yep?’

‘She does the best mehendis so like, try to get her to do yours and you’re the mehendi queen’

‘Aw, thanks’ she blew me a kiss and skipped over to the girl. I smiled and went back to watching one of my cousins put the finishing touches to the mehendi. Right when...
