Chapter Twenty Six// Why Me?

Alli's eyes shot open at the sound of a loud yell. She looked around to see herself in a large room. The floors were dark; matching the curtains. The furniture was dark red, it matched with the king sized bed Alli was on. Then there was a huge window that over looked all of Asgard, the sun reflected off the golden buildings making the place sparkle. Allison crawled out of bed to see she was still in her clothes, she pondered on why she was in this room. Allison walked over to the door to find it locked. Alli jiggled it around hoping for the door to open but no sign came. So she thought of the next best thing. "Hello!, can anyone hear me?" Allison screamed. Over and over she tried to call for help but there was again, nothing.

Meanwhile Loki was in the throne room, pacing up and down. He couldn't eat, sleep and his mind was set on one thing. Finding the tesseract. Loki watched the doors to the throne room open Lodeoan came rushing in. He bowed and then spoke. "My king, the girl is awake and she is not taking- waking up in a mystery room so well." Lodeoan muttered. Loki nodded and waved his hand, indicating for the giant to takes his leave. "What off her?"

"Leave her to me, you feed the prisoners..." Once the giant was gsone Loki closed his eyes and teleported to his room.
Allison who gave up shouting at the door, had her arms crossed. Her face was still inches away from the door. "Your up Earlie." A voice said from behind. Allison didn't have to turn to know who it was. After a hesitation Allison turned to see the Loki sitting on the bed with his legs crossed.

The first thing that comes to Allison mind when she sees Loki, is Fandral. "Where I'd Fandral?" Allison growls.

"Such rage in you, Fandral is where he blongs; rotting in a cell!"

"Your a monster!" Alli mutters. Loki chuckles. Allison looks up to see Loki has gone, she looks at the book shelf to see him scanning the books. Allison furrowed her eyebrows at the God." How did you do that?" Allison hissed. Loki smirked and stud up. A green light surrounded Loki, then he vanished. Allison walked forward to were Loki was standing.

"What this?" Loki smirked. Allison jumped and turned around to see Loki standing by the door. "Teleportation, is my power. So why don't you tell me about yours?" Loki asked. Allison didn't respond. "Not speaking? Come on, tell me or I'll find out anyway." Loki mutters.

"How will you find out?" Allison asks. Loki runs a pale hand through his dark hair.

"By reading your mind..."

"What?" Alli gasps.

"I can read minds." Allison looks at Loki with an ajar mouth. "So will you tell me or shall I just read your mind, which is sometimes painful for you, as you know when I spoke to you." Loki exclaimed. After realising Alli won't answer Loki sighs, he walks up to Allison. Trying to find an escape route Allison walked against the window. She looked out the window to see if anyone was able to see; when she turned around Loki was in front of her. Alli gasps as Loki placed his cold fingers under Alli's chin, holding her head up in place. Allison was short compared to Loki about 5'2 making her head level with his chest. Alli felt a wave of pain hit her mind. She clenched her jaw and her eyes at the pain. After a couple more seconds of torture Allison kneed Loki in the groin. He realised his hold and crouched down.

Allison ran to another half of the room, she used her powers to try and open the door but it still didn't work. Allison screamed in frustration. She turned around to see Loki's smug face gaining closer. "Stay away!"

"Your magic won't work in here... Did you think I was stupid to leave it that easy for you?" Loki chuckled. But you just showed me your power, through your mind." Loki smirked. Allison mentally slapped herself for attempting to use her powers.

"What do you want from me?" Allison yelled. Her breathing hitched when Loki was towering over her.

"It's not what I want with you, it's want I want from you." Loki chuckled.

"Which is?"

"Your magic."

"Why?"

"You have the capability to move, whatever is hiding the tesseract. That will come in great use for me." Loki smirked. .

"What If I refuse to help you."

"You won't, because there is Lives in that cell you are willing to save, do this for me and in time you will all be able to go..."

"Fine, what do I have to do?" Allison asks. Loki smirks.

"You shall train with me, you will learn to not only control your powers more... But you will be able to learn more uses of your magic." Loki chuckles.

"Do I go back to the cell now?" Allison asks in a bored tone.

"Cause not, I don't want those imbeciles knowing what I'm up to." Loki scoffed.

"There not imbeciles!"

"They are!"

"They are not! Your a bigger one."

"Y'know many would have the nerve to talk back to me, what makes you think otherwise?" Loki asks.

"Do you really want to know?"

"Indeed I do!"

"It's because I know there's good in you!" Allison mutters. She looks down but Lokis strong glance temps her to look up. Loki laughs.

"Don't he so naive!"

"I'm not, Thor told me how you saved him, why are you suddenly like this. I don't understand!" Allison yells. Loki sighs, he places both hands on either side of Allisons head.

"Come on Allison, your a smart girl you should know whats going on!" Loki smirks. Allison looks up terror written all over her face.

"This was planned, you faked your death so you could come back here!" Allison gasps. Loki's smirk widens.

"Clever girl... Now let's get started shall we?"
