I opened the trap door and accidentally rip it of its hinges.  The wood had rotted.  Just how old was this warehouse.

I heard footsteps from behind me so I spun around to see that it was just Katie and Ben.

"I'm going down there," I said.  I needed to know what was going on.

"I'm coming with you," said Katie.  Ben nodded.

"No," I said.  I grabbed Katie's hands in mine.  "I don't want you to get hurt, and plus, Juliann will need help."

A tear slid down her face.  "But what about you?" She asked.

"I'll be back by tomorrow," I responded as a gripped her hands tightly.  "And I will be completely safe."

Katie nodded before leaning in and kissing me on the lips.  I was so surprised that I almost fell, but thankfully I was holding her for balance as I hugged her back.

I heard Ben gag from where he stood.

"Come on," he whined.  "It's time to go."

I let go of Katie and nodded.

"Be safe," she said quietly.

"I will."

...

After Katie left, me and Ben jumped down the hole only to find that It was too dark anything, so I just used my powers so that I could since no humans where around.

My mind was also filled with the memories of what have just happened, so I was light on air.

"Can you see?" I asked.

Ben nodded.  "Yes, unlike you ghosts, spirits have natural eyesight for seeing in the dark, idiot."

I laughed and pushed his head.  "Whatever," I said and he just frowned.

Now that I was able to see, I looked around to see that we were actually in an abandoned mineshaft.  There was just a railroad that came down both sides as far as I could see.

I took out my camera as I started heading left, which was slightly tilted down. "This is so cool."

"It's pretty okay," Ben said.  "But I've seen cooler things."

I took my eyes away from the camera so I was facing him with one eyebrow raised.  "Oh yea?  Like what?"

"Well..." Ben's voice trailed off.  "Let's just say that I used to be a victim small unknown war, me and my brother got out while the others..."

"Your brother?"  I asked, trying to change the subject.  "What's he like?"

Ben frowned.  "He a stubborn, evil idiot with a selfish and stupid addiction."

"And you're only what, 12?" I asked.

He looked over at me with the scariest icy glare as he kicked me in the stomach. I groaned and fell to my knees.

After a few moment of him calming down. "14," he finally hissed before he continued walking. After a few short seconds I got up and followed him.

Suddenly, I stepped on a brick as it sunk to the ground like a button. The ground began to rumple as I looked behind me only to see a giant boulder heading towards us at light speed.

"Run!" I yelled to Ben before we began to book it down.

"What did you do?!" Ben screamed back, since it was hard to see with everything crashing down.

"I don't know!" I replied when I saw a crack on the right wall. "There!"

Ben nodded once and slid into a crack, I was about to as when I tripped and fell past it, so my only choice was to keep running.  I looked behind me to see if the Rock was still coming that I didn't notice the hole in the ground.  I stepped it and right away fell down into the dark abyss that was below me.  The last thing I remembered before I passed out was the sad Angel that I have met before.
