Ow...

I reached up for my head to find that it stung.  What happened?

I opened my eyes to find myself in a hallway, the ceiling broken from the fall.  The walls, ceiling, and floor where made out of grey stones and had moss, vines, and flowers growing all around it.  This had to be here for at least a hundred years.

I quickly sat up to take a look around.  There where two ways I could go.  Left and right.  I figured that I might as well take a left so I got up and headed towards there.

A dozen questions raced through my head.  Was Katie ok?  Did Ben make it out safe?  Where was I?  And those where only a few of them.

Suddenly, I was met with this large door that was designed with what looked like green emeralds.  A powerful presence was behind it, I knew that for sure.

Hesitantly, I slowly opened the door and found myself looking into a temple room that was completely green.  In the middle laid what looked like a table while in the back was a throne.  I approach the table cautiously until I was standing right next to it.  My hands left the side of me and gently touched the top.  It was cold and calming until I heard a loud noise from behind me.  I turned around to see that the door was closed and all of the torches were lit.

I tried to lift my hands off the table by they were stuck.  It began to tingle as the table began to glow brighter and brighter until I was blinded.  When if finally calmed down the flames of the torches stopped moving and froze.  The air was dry and still which I felt was very strange.

"Who are you?"  Asked the boy on the throne.  Wait...what?!

The boy had light green hair and light green cat eyes with no white to them whatsoever.  His clothes, which were also light green, looked to be pjs.

"Wha!" I jumped back but ended up just staying in place because of my hands, which where now encased in the table.

The boy chuckled and smirked.  "You're not human, are you, seth?  And it looks like your being stalked."

"H-how do you know that?!"  I asked in the calmest voice I could manage.

"The stuff your hand are in.  They are linked to me so when you put it on their, you formed the first part of the contract with me."

I laugh, but stopped when i saw that he was serious.  "I'm sorry, but I can't serve you.  I have to go after my friends."

"You've got it all wrong," the boy replied.  "It isn't a master/servant contract, though they are kinda similar.  No, you are one of a kind.  A being who has a body but can leave it at your will.  This lets you have the ability to contract demons into helping you get stronger."

"How?" I asked, curious.

The boy smirked.  "Easy, you just let them take control of your body when you fight.  All that you need to do is shake my hand."

The boy let my hands free before jumping off his chain and landing in front of me, which was about 7 yards in total, with his hand out to shake.

I shook my head.  "I'm sorry, but this seems to shady.  I won't except this contract."  I said.

For a moment, I though I saw fury in his eyes, but a second later it disappeared and he smiled.  "Okay, but if you change you mind, say my name."

"What is it?" I asked.

The boy smirked darkly before snapping his finger.  "Genesis," he replied before I blacked out.
