Chapter 38

Lisa P.O.V

On my way back to my dorm i grab salads at the cafeteria.

Walking to my dorm with food in hand i see a black leather jacket and immediately know who it is.

There is a girl with purple hair kissing him.

This boy must have some disease by now.

When i get to my dorm i am suprise by who is sitting on my bed.

"Hey stranger" He laughs

"Hey weirdo" I squeal and go hug him.

"It's been like what? Three months now... How's college treating you?" He hugs me again

"Pretty good but also intense"

"How so?" My brother ask as i drop my stuff and food on my bed.

"It's just hard to focus on classes with the whole dad and mom divorce thing and also there is this guy i kind of like but his fucking with my emotions" I dramatically groan and take my shoes off.

"Wait... How did you get in and what made you drive six hours here?" I ask him

"Your roomie let me in and I'm on college trip here...So i wanted to suprise you" He say and grab my food.

I grab it back.

"I'm not sharing" I roll my eyes.

"Whatever... Anyway mom said she's moving to Pennsylvania.. To take care of grandma because of her amnesia and also it's getting worst and the divorce is getting nasty" He imforms me.

"Wait pause.. What.. This shit is too much to consume in one sentence" I say and put my food back.

"So why is the divorce getting nasty?" I ask

"Dad got the girl pregnant and i found out that i once fuck her last year" He say which makes me spit my food.

"How did you found out that you slept with her?"

"Saw her picture on dad's phone.. I read their message"

"So she's carrying a kennish?" I can't fucking believe it.

"Yes and dad is happy about having another little girl" He spits venomously.

"A girl?... Wait..he knows that his a rapist.. Right?"

"don't even care.. I moved out of that house last month"

"Where did you move to? And how are you paying?"

"I got a job and my music is helping... My girlfriend April is helping me get gigs everywhere" He informs me.

"I... I honestly don't even know how to feel at this point" I close my food and lean against the wall.

"Neither do I" He sigh.

"So when are you leaving the tour?" I ask him

"Sunday afternoon and what are your plans for tonight?"

"I have to go support my friend at this elegant party in like two hours"

"Fancy'' He Jokes and get up.

"I have to go back to my hotel" He tells me and pat my back as he get ready to leave.

"Maybe we can have lunch tomorrow" He ask

"Yeah sure.. What time?"

"I'll be up by noon so I'll see you then Elizabeth" He say while walking out as i roll my eyes.

Fifteen minutes later there's a knock on the door.

"What did you forget?" I ask not seeing who it is.

When i look up it's Gerald.

"O-oh.. What do you need?" I ask when i see him standing at the door.

"Emma here?" He ask

"You can see that she's not here..right?" I roll my eyes at him.

"I don't have time for your attitude.. I'll just wait" He say and walk past me to go sit on Emma bed.

Fucking Great.

I close the door and go back to my bed and put my earphones in my ears as i eat and watch Netflix trying to ignore the pervert across me.

"Tell emma i came here" He say like about thirty minutes later and gets up and leave.

I don't understand this boy.

My phone buzz on my stomach which wakes me up.

When i check the time it's eight thirty.

"Shit"

I see two messages from Ethan one is the adress and the other him saying he hopes to see me there so i run to the bathroom and go take a shower and shave my whole legs, after rinsing off i put on my clothes from earlier and walk to my dorm but in a hurry.

I text Ethan asking him what time does the fancy party thing end and he replies in a instant saying midnight so i take my time getting dress.

I take out a black jumpsuit That's a little above my knees and curl my hair.

I take my time and do my make up which comes out really good, better than expected and I'm surprised and by the time i finish it's Ten o'clock.

I put my phone and everything in my purse and leave my dorm.

Once i get to the adress given, the houses on the whole block are huge and beautiful.

Kind of remind me of the one i grew up in...when i finally get to the house i see ethan Hummer so i park right behind his car and get out.

Once i get inside there is people everywhere and mostly everyone is in black.

I see Ethan walking towards me with a glass in his hands.

"You are two hours late, Elizabeth" He say while hugging me.

"Well one, I'm a girl and getting ready takes a lifetime and also the adress was a little confusing and i fell alseep as well" I laugh and take a glass when a girl with white shirt and black pants walk by with the trais and drink in her hand.

"So what's this party about anyway?" I ask while taking a sip and realizing it's champagne.

"My mom and my dad's engagement and also he just sign this thing that made him half a billion so here we are" He say and finish his glass of champagne.

"Wow and this is a lovely home" This is so beautiful.

The door opens where we are and i see Gerald coming inside with the girl from earlier and his eyes widen when he sees me.

"I thought he hates his dad?" I whisper when they walk past

"I don't know shit about him... I don't pay him a mind at all" He say and take another drink.

"Attention everyone!" The familiar guy in crisp black suit calls out and tap his glass with a gold fork.
