Chapter 14

Max's pov:

"Shit shit shit....I forgot our anniversary and I'm such a horrible person" I panic as I hear (Y/N) talk about reservations to our favorite restaurant as I look at the puppy smiling.

"When is it my sweet?"

"7...we got three hours"

"Great I'm gonna make arons" I said walking out as the pup runs around barking. (Y/N) looks at me frowning.

"What do you have to do....?"

"I have to drop off....uhh my camera at Sky Media!"

"That's a two hour drive......" (Y/N) frowns.

"Hey I'll be back in time for our reservation" I smile kissing her gently.

I run out with my camera as I hide it in glove compartment as I go to the jewelry store.

(Y/N)'s pov:

I decided to watch Netflix while editing a bump date as I made dinner because I know Max wouldn't make it home in time to go to the reservation which is upsetting but whatever. The pup laid next to me as I soon felt a really hard kick as I groan and rubs my belly trying to calm the baby. I broke down in tears from the kicking as I get up putting the laptop on the counter as I groan picking up my phone.

"M-Max..."

"(Y/N)! I'm on my way! Don't worry honey! I got to go!" Max hung up before I could say I'm in a whole lot of pain as I broke down into tears.

Once Max got home seeing me crying in pain as he frowns and runs towards me placing a hand on my belly.

"(Y/N)!! Are you okay?!?"

"N-NO NO IM NOT.......Brandon has been kicking for the hours you've been gone, w-why did you leave.....when all I wanted was to spend time with my husband on our two year anniversary..." I said getting up and running to the office locking the door in tears.

Max frowns as he rests his head against the door crying as he felt horrible for leaving me.

"....(Y/N)...."

"W-What...."

"I...I left because I forgot our anniversary....I thought it was next week so I rushed to get you a gift and....I forget your almost due and I'm so heart broken for leaving my pregnant wife alone when I shouldn't have" Max cries string on the floor.

I open the door holding my belly before sitting on the floor next to Max kissing his cheek as the pup climbs into his lap.

"Hey, it's okay to forget our anniversary date. We've both been under a lot of stress especially with the pregnancy and getting everything set up. I'm sorry...."

Max heard me apologize as he frowns. "I'm sorry for forgotten ping the most amazing day of our lives" he says nuzzling me.

"Hey....I think the amazing of our lives will be the day Brandon comes..." I smile nuzzling Max as he smiles too before kissing me gently.

Max and I got in the car as Max drove me to an area to have a small picnic as he helps me to sit on the grass as I held my belly as Max rubs my belly as well.

"Mmm M-Max...."

"Yes my love..?"

"I-I think he might want to come early......" I blush as Max eyes went wide as he picks me up rushing to the car then the hospital.
