Don't say I'm just being over dramatic
Don't say I'm overreacting
Don't say I'll get over it
Don't say it's all in my head (no duh, of course it's all in my head because it's a neurological disorder)
Don't say it's my fault
Don't say I cause myself to feel like this
Don't say I should act normal because I don't "look" like I have anything wrong with me
Don't say "it's because she has spd" (yes- my life is greatly affected by this disorder, but not everything I do revolves around it)
Don't say "I understand what that feels like" (No. You don't understand what it feels like to have spd unless you have spd.)
Don't say I'll get used to it
Don't say I'm just "being picky"
Don't say I'm being manipulative
And definitely do NOT say that I'm doing anything for attention. Because I'm not. What kind of person would fake something like that for attention?
