Don't blame me for not wanting to open up about myself, I've gotten judged to the point where I build walls around my feelings to try and protect myself.
Don't blame me for not liking food because I find it too spicy.
Don't blame me for not liking food because I find the texture odd.
Don't blame me for not being able to kick the ball in gym class. (I literally have no coordination)
Don't blame me for not wanting to be outside during the summer because of the heat or the bugs.
Don't blame me for not wanting to wear a certain article of clothing because it bothers me.
Don't blame me for not being able to ride a roller coaster.
Don't blame me for leaving the room if it gets too loud.
Don't blame me for talking to myself.....ok fine this you can blame me for, because that has nothing to do with spd...I'm just plain weird.😂
My point is, please don't blame me for not liking certain things or situations, it's not my fault I have spd, I didn't choose to have this disorder.
