Three Years Later:

It had been three years since they were married. Three blissful years. Sanyukta opened her eyes sluggishly to the beam of sunlight that was entering their bedroom through the slit of the curtains and fell right on her face. She fluttered her lashes to focus on her blurry vision when she realized that she was sleeping on Randhir's chest while his arms were protectively wound around her waist . Rubbing her fingertips against his chest, she smiled shyly reminiscing their last night. As she tried to move his hand, he hummed in a sleepy tone and hugged her even tighter. She somehow freed herself from his hold , wrapped a duvet around her frame and headed towards the bathroom.

She stepped out of the bathroom after fifteen minutes, wearing a dark green designer saree with heavy embroidery . She was about to move towards the dressing table to dry her wet hair, when her gaze fell on Randhir who was still sleeping peacefully under the covers. Her lips curved into a serene smile looking at the man who always set her heart aflutter. She walked towards the window and drew the curtains apart to let the light enter inside freely.

It was a beautiful and lovely morning. The  birds were flying across flapping their wings excitedly while the flowers were swaying lightly in the breeze in exuberance. Small dew drops were kissing the bottom of the leaves; as if reciting a tale of passion they shared.

Smiling at the beauty of nature, she opened the windows to embrace the new day with open arms. She kept gazing out at the delightful morning, fluttering her lashes as the breeze hit her face. She then turned her gaze back to the sleeping form of her husband and began edging towards him. He looked so relaxed and calm that it pained her to wake him up, but it was getting late and their family would be waiting for them.

"Randhir......" , she called him out ,gently but there was no response from him.

"Randhir .....uthtiye na" , she shook him lightly but he didn't move. She sighed a little and moved her hand to frame his cheek lovingly.

"Randhir  Uthtiye na please... Neeche Sab humara wait kar rahe honge" she chipped caressing his stubble.

"Randhir....", she called him out a little louder but he laid still without any response. She smiled mischievously bending down a bit and blew air over his lips . And the next moment , her eyes grew wide as she felt a strong arm grab her hair and pull  her face down to his lips. His lips began kissing her's fiercely . The warmth instantly flickered her nerves, freezing her heart and then again restarting it with a thud.

He kissed both her lips softly again, before he pulled out and loosened his grip around her hair , just enough for her to move back an inch to catch her breath. She shifted back a little and glanced at him only to find him winking at her while a sluggish yet charming smile broke on his lips.

"Aap uth gaye the? ", she asked after a second.

"Hmm... kabka", he replied with a naughty smile. He had woken up the moment she had moved out of his arms.

"This is not fair Randhir. Aap humesha Mujhe aise cheating karke kiss kar letay ho.", she chipped with a pout.

"Ab Tum Subah Subah itni beautiful dikhogi Toh how can you expect me control myself ", he chipped in a husky voice.

Her blushing pretty face prompted his smile to fade away. He moved his hand that was gripping her hair, to her waist and before she could realise he flipped their positions and closed the distance between their lips again. Loving her was something he would never grow tired of. As they were engaged in their world of passion, their ecstasy was broken by a voice  .
