Chapter 1

Sapphire
Its been weeks and I've heard nothing from Lunar or Mason. I'm getting worried. What if Ryan found out. I bit my nails and look out the kitchen window. Nothing. The house looks silent. I started to pace. Pacing seems to be the only thing I want to do. I finished school and now I'm freaking going out of my mined. I'm so worried. I am sick of waiting and worrying. I angrily walk over to the door and storm over to Lunar and Masons. I bang on the door. Nothing. Getting impatient I got a Bobby pin out of my hair and stretched it. I'm coming. I nudge the bobby pin in and the door unlocks. Yes! I kick the door and it opens. "Hello!" I yell. Nothing. I walk into the kitchen. Still nothing. I walked up stairs to find a door half closed. I walk over to it and open the door. I gasp. "Mason!" I run over to him and check his pulse. Its steady. I shake him. "Mason! Wake up!" Come on wake. You can't be dead. Your sister will kill me to find you dead. I see his wound. I have to clean this. I run back downstairs to the kitchen and find a medical cabinet. I grab everything in there and run back to Mason. I lifted his shirt and started to clean the wound. Ew he's badly hurt. How long has he been like this. Come on.

I finished cleaning his wound and lay him down on his bed. I put a new bandage and t-shirts on him. He needs to wake up. I take his temperature and sigh with relief. Good its back to normal. Wake god dammit. I stayed with him. I need him to be alive.

Lunar
I woke in chains as I have the past few days now. The blood still clinging to my clothes. I can feel the pain from where the blade has dug in and it still burns but medicinal herbs and plants are helping a little. The darkness in these rooms while consume you and the only reason I'm stuck here is for trying to avenge my brother who is certainly dead but I guess my soon to be husband has plans to make me obidient once again. My brothers dead and with the source of my magic still hidden by that stupid river, Im powerless. I hear the door open and i look up from the floor and see my loving husband ready to have his fun once again. I close my eyes and wait for pain to take me.
