[Rahmanus Townsquare - Enter Man in Suit surrounded by other people in suits and several Unknown SOLDIERs controlling a very dismayed and angry crowd. A path is made clear for him, as he approaches the townsquare's podium]

Angry Citizen: What in God's name is going on?! What was all that commotion at the palace about?

Worried Mother: I thought our Kingdom decreed that we wanted nothing to do with your people!

Anxious Merchant: Is this an invasion?! Lord have mercy! Rahmanus falls today, Faram!

Unknown SOLDIER #1: Settle down already! There will be nothing to speak of should you not be at ease.

[Enter Clyde Arrowny keeping to the back of the crowd observing from afar]

Anxious Merchant: Where are all the guards? We are surrounded by foreign faces and being dictated to follow their word.

[Enter several Unknown SOLDIERs disguised as Guards of Rahmanus]

Disguised Knight #1: Settle down everyone, there has been a horrific act of regicide against our beloved leaders, we have settle negotiations with Shin-Ra and we are here to form a temporary alliance.

[The crowd bursts into a rage of tears and shouts before quietening down by the sight of the Man in Suit approaching the Podium]

Man in Suit: People of Rahmanus, it brings me great sadness to inform you that on this day a horrific act of treason has been made against the Royal Family of Rahmanus – Regicide.

[Slight pause for silence]

There were no survivors. Among the lost are Princesses Amira & Silica Arrowny, Prince Clyde Arrowny and the beloved King and Queen. The culprit was no other than the Captain of the royal guard, Sir Garlondus. Angered by the final results of our negotiations, he took their lives, deeming them as traitors to their country and kin. He has be trialed and found guilty of his actions and has been sentenced to death on behalf of the Royal Council. Due to this unfortunate turn of events, we call upon any legitimate heir to return to Rahmanus to reclaim the throne.

For the meantime, a substitute heir shall be put into place until a legitimate heir is to come forward. The heir is but a new-born, therefore shall be under watch by both our people and Rahmanus' people alike. We understand your situation, you are left without rule, without protection & without guidance, thus we offer our alliance with not Rahmanus but ye! The people, stand strong and together we shall restore this kingdom to what is was. This is a time for peace and alliance, let us both join forces to ensure that Rahmanus and the many Nations of Avrulux keep the peace. Faram.

[The crowd slowly clap while others grieve, it seems the majority are content with the proposition]

Clyde Arrowny: [aside] What of this? First my beloved and now my own family, robbed of me before my very eyes and torn from my very back. If it is said I am among the lost, then I too am in danger if I stay. My dear sisters, not even they were spared. I never knew the world harboured such treachery, such spiteful and cruel intentions. Father would have never allowed these people to take control, so why are the people being led astray? There is a greater force at work here. This was planned out, this is not the actions of a treacherous captain. This is an act of war.

[Exit Clyde Arrowny]

Disguised Knight #2: [To Disguised Knight #3] I spot the Prince, Westbound of the crowd located by the Fishmonger.

Disguised Knight #3: Allow him to flee, we shall pursue him on the outskirts and silence him, gather the men, if he is anything like his father we will need the company of several.

[Exit the disguised knights]

Man in Suit: [aside] So it seems the Prince did return, no matter. It makes no difference to our plan.

[Man in Suit steps down from the podium leaving other people in suits and disguised guards and unknown SOLDIERs to take control of the situation]

Unknown SOLDIER #4: Sir, the President is on hold. He wishes to speak to you.

[The Man in Suit snatches the phone from Unknown SOLDIER #4's hand and puts it to his ear]

Man in Suit: Veld of the Turks speaking.

Unknown President: Has the objective been reached? Is Rahmanus now under our influence?

Veld: I do believe so, our men are on their way to silence the prince as we speak.

Unknown President: What about the child? have you established its right to rule? the Planet's life source is abundant in the region it's a worthwhile investment for a small price.

Veld: Everything shall be taken care of Sir, we are the Turks. We complete the mission. No matter what.

[Call ends]
