After that whole disaster at lunch. Juliet got a text from her mom saying she needed to work tonight. Low in staff. As always. She slaps her hands to her side, already dreading the shift

"You're a terrible bowler! Why did you lie?" Juliet said to Scott.

"I know! I'm such an idiot." well the things you do for love, Scott. The things you do and say.

"God, it was like watching a car wreck. I mean, first, it turned into a whole group date thing. And then out of nowhere comes that phrase."

"Hang out."

"You don't hang out with hot girls, okay? It's like death. Once it's hanging out, you might as well be her gay best friend. You and Danny can start hanging out."

"How is this happening? I either killed a guy or I didn't."

"I don't think Danny likes me very much." Stiles told himself.

"Scott, I don't think you killed the guy. I would've smelled blood on you." Juliet leans against him, wrapped her arm around his shoulders.

"I ask Allison on a date and now we're hanging out."

"Am I not attractive to gay guys?" She looked at her phone. Shes going to be late.

"I make first line, and the team captain wants to destroy me, and now..." Scott looked at his phone. "Now I'm gonna be late for work."

"Wait guys! You didn't..." Stiles calls them back but the twins raced outside. Juliet skated her way to the hospital. She stopped at a red light and the same black car rolled down his window.

"I have you my number for a reason." Juliet tried not to show her smile. Don't show your smile now! Don't be obvious.

"Are you following me?" She squinted at him as she made to his car.

"I'm not." He smirked. "Heading to the hospital?"

"How do you know?" He looked at her and he looked at the scrubs. "Right."

"Come on." He opened the door and she went in. The ride was silent like last time. "A doctor, that's what you want to be?"

"I just need money. Helping out my mom out with the bills, just want some weight off her shoulders." They made it to the hospital. "Thank you, Derek, I don't know what to say."

"You like pizza?" He asked and she thought about it, should she go for it? She nodded. "How about tonight?"

"I get out at 6. Pick me up here." He nodded and drove off. Juliet walked into the hospital with a bright smile.

"Someone is happy." Her mom said as she gave her a paper to start her shift for the night.

"I'm going somewhere tonight. I don't know when I'm coming back home." Juliet started to blush.
