It was the first day of school and Juliet is still in a coma. Melissa always check on her. I mean always. She would spend her shift and on her breaks, hell even she would even stay the night with her, talking to her. She would paint her nails, gossip about the show they were watching so she wouldn't miss it. Melissa did miss Juliet around, her smile, her laugh. She miss hearing her.
"Melissa, your daughter is quite famous! It's her 27th bouquet of flowers!" She picked up the flowers and read the card.
"Oh yeah she is!" She walked off with flowers to her room. "Hey honey! It's mom. Stiles sent flowers again." She set the flowers down by her side. "I hope you wake up." she kiss her head. The door opens and a very tall man came in.
"I'm here to take care of-" he check the clipboard.
"Juliet McCall."
"Right."
"Well, I should get out of the way." Melissa walked out, leaving the man with Juliet. After her doing some runs, and nurse ran to her. "Rose, what's going on?"
"Someone stole the blood supply." She runs away.

Juliets eyes shot open and gasp for air. She couldn't move. She finally woke up.
"Help." She choked. A man was standing there.
"Hello Juliet, my name is Ennis. I'm your care taker." His eyes turned red. She wanted to scream but they were faint ones and nobody heard them. She felt paralyzed. He picked her up and walked out of the hospital. They walked to the woods and got inside this hideout place.
"What did you do to me you son of a bitch?" She looked at Ennis. He put her on her feet and held her up.
"Shhh!" A girl came and put her finger on Juliets lips as she shushed her.
"Step away from her Kali." A man who was blind walked up. "You must be the famous Hybrid that I heard of." He said as he walked up to her. She spat on his face.
"What did you do?!" She screamed.
"Take her." Ennis dropped her and these two guys, twins took her away and she started to fight, but they were stronger.
"Let me go!" One of them slammed her against the table and the girl strapped her down. She couldn't move. Kali, was taunting her with the bag of blood. "Get that away from me!" She moved her head, trying to block the blood.
"Listen to me closely, Juliet." she started to get scared. "I saved your life. You were dying. Ennis here had to steal blood from the hospital to give to you so you can wake up."
"What do you want from me?"
"I want you to be in my pack."
"In your dreams." She spat. she was angry. These people kidnap her and want her to be in their pack. Yeah right.
"Pass me the thing." The blind man told one of the twins and he gave him a stick. "Do you know what this is?"
"A stick? What are you gonna do with that? You want me to play fetch?" He carved her stomach with the cane. It burned. she screamed for help.
"Join my pack."
"You're probably gonna kill me somewhere down the road, so just kill me. I don't care." she shook her head.
"Blood." He demanded the others and the started to drop the blood in her mouth. She screamed. Her claws came out so did her fangs.
"Shut it off." He said through her screams. "Turn off your humanity." she closed her eyes.

"Hey Jul-" Scott walked in Juliets room and he walked in a empty room without her in it. It's been hard for him, Derek, their mom and Stiles that Juliet's in a coma. he closed the door and his phone rang.
"Hello?"
"Scott?"
"Mom?"
"Someone took Juliet! She's not in her room! Someone took her!" their mom literally screamed through the phone.
"I'm on my way." he hung up and grabbed his jacket and then he heard a faint scream. That sounded familiar. "Juliet?"

Juliet woke up in the woods. It was a long walk back to the hospital, she felt different. she finally made it to the hospital. she walked in the hospital in a dirty, ripped hospital gown. Scott and Stiles stood up quickly.
"Juliet!" They said and she lost balance and Scott caught her.
"What happened to you!?" Stiles told her.
"I don't remember." She was sent to a room as quickly as possible. Scott and Stiles came in the room and a nurse came in to see if she was okay.
"I'm gonna take some of your blood." She said and as she got the needle ready, she poke herself. "Damn it!" She took her glove off and blood was there. she bit her lip and felt like she couldn't control herself. Her eyes turned red and black veins under her eyes appear. "Okay." She cleaned herself and put a bandage on. "Let's get the over with." She took her blood and went off.
"Jul, are you okay? You seem a little off." Stiles said and she looked at him.
"I never been better." she smiled. After an hour, the doctor came in and so did her mom.
"Well, Ms. Juliet is good. What I'm seeing here, it looks like nothing happened to her. You have quite an angel looking over you." she looked at him.
"Yeah, I do." she smirk. she was different, shes the not old Juliet anymore.
