Ok, in my country we have the numbers at cars like this:

CC NN(N) LLL

C= City (at Bucharest they use only one letter, B)

N= Number (01-999)

L= Letter.

Here are some weird ones:

B 88 HAN
CJ 14 REY
GJ 66 POE

B= Bucharest
CJ= Cluj
GJ= Gorj
