SOONYOUNG'S P.O.V.
As I walked down the stairs, I felt myself slowly give up. Probably nothing happened to her, I tried assuring myself. I was just being worried for nothing, I gradually became more certain of it after a while.
I sighed. I just had wasted my time on something useless. When I get home I would have to practice all night again. At least that would distract my troubled mind. I tightened the grip on the strap of my bag, and decided to let it go and ignore the feeling.
Walking towards the exit of the school, I saw two students in the far distance. They seemed close as both of their arms were wrapped to each other. I shrugged it off, they probably were just some cheesy couple making out.
However, as I walked past them, I recognised them. Almost immediately, I felt my heart sink for some unknown reason.
It was them, Aeri and Wonwoo.
They weren't just hugging, their lips were literally plastered against each other. I cringed in discomfort and sped up my pace, not wanting to see more of it. I felt the big disappointment in the pit of my stomach, as if it had hit me in the face.
Once again, I was the one who had lost.
Turning away from them, I tried to wipe the sight of them off my mind.

"Oppa, what happened to your face!" One of the girls in my class exclaimed as she saw the bruises I had gotten from yesterday. She worriedly rushed to my side and before I knew it I was surrounded by a swarm of concerned girls.
'You're hurt!' and 'Who did this to you?' were the words thrown at me. They all repeated each other, demanding an answer from me.
I just wished they would leave me alone, I currently wasn't in the mood for this. It wasn't their fault, it was just that I felt slightly bitter and moody today.
I sighed out loudly, and tried to assure them. Since they were kind enough to worry about me. "Nothing special." I casually brushed it off and looked out of the window.
Suddenly, I felt a stinging pain on my forehead and glared to the person. My eyes softened when I saw that it was Jeonghan who had flicked me on the head. "This guy, has been silent since yesterday and he just doesn't tell us what happened." He nagged which instantly gained the girls attention.
"What's wrong?" The girl from before asked. She shot him a saddened look knowing that her bias got hurt. With puppy-eyes she looked at me, making me feel uncomfortable.
"I just fell off the stairs." I mumbled, earning some pitying looks.
"That's it. We should make a petition against dangerous stairs!" She said surprisingly determined. "Who's with me?" She asked around, some of them (probably her friends) nodded in agreement. Before I could stop them, they had already rushed towards the director's office to make a complaint.
I sighed again. So troublesome.
"Did you really fall from the stairs?" Her voice instantly caused me to scoot up and look her way. I then stared into her curious-looking brown eyes. "Why, are you worried about me?" I smirked, although I knew she obviously wasn't.
"As if." She snarled before turning away from me again. She crossed her arms and puffed her cheeks a little, causing me to smile unknowingly. I found it cute.
I wanted to continue teasing her and see her annoyed expression which I had caused, but then realised that she was already someone else's. For some reason, it made me hold back. But I had no idea why. Just why was it bothering me so much?
