Chloroform spilled over the table as Seolji roughly covered the napkin with the sleep inducing liquid. Her hands were shaking terribly, her eyes burned with determination and I knew that the next steps she was going to take, were reckless.
Rina and Mina were already preparing the rope, while Kyungmi playfully swirled a black sack in the air presumably for hiding Chorim's face.
I sighed, knowing we were going to do something horrible. Yet, I remained still in the same position, staring lifelessly at the knives before me.
It really was time.
Time to make her pay.
SEOLJI'S P.O.V.
Rina had gotten me a bucket of water while Mina carefully tightened the rope around Chorim's small body. Kyungmi had made herself comfortable by sitting on a nearby table with her phone in her hand, ready to film everything. Aeri on the other hand, locked the door, making sure that no passerby could enter the room.
When she was done, she leaned against the wall. Her arms crossed and her eyes shot a piercing stare at Chorim. She knew what we were doing was wrong, but she didn't stop us. I was even sure she wouldn't try doing so, because I knew she despised Chorim as much as I did.
My attention then shifted back to Chorim, shewas still unconscious. Her arms were tied to the rotten chair, her head hung down and she remained still.
It was truly boring. The real fun was only going to start when she was awake.
So, I splashed some water into her face, trying to awake her from her slumber. However, she didn't. Her eyes stayed close and her body unmoving.
It irked me.
I waited and soon ran out of patience as she still did not wake up and poured the whole bucket over her.
It was a pity that the water was now covering the ground. I wanted to use it to dunk her head in it and let her struggle for awhile, but oh well.
Finally I saw a reaction. Her eyes started to move and opened from the coldness she felt. Her hair and body were now totally drenched and she was shivering in the cold, from the icy wind that escaped through the creaks of the broken windows.
Her eyes then scanned the environment before meeting my eyes. The familiar run-down room made the corners of her lips tug up. How ironic, was probably what she thought. That this place where we used to hang out together had become her torture room.
A sudden scoff left her mouth, ridiculing me in any way.
"I guess I really went too far this time, huh?" She mumbled to herself, her eyes flickering with bitterness. "But, I only claimed what was mine to begin with."
A clashing sound then filled the room. My hand had moved on its own and slapped the red spot onto her face. I felt my blood only boil harder, and my mind becoming hazy.
She only chuckled, agitating me even more. "Taehyung belongs to me."
I couldn't take this anymore.
"You'll regret this. I'll make sure you do." I answered before I started choking her.
My hands had quickly snaked around her neck, the pressure increased in my hands. Her eyes bulged into surprise, and her throat soon started making unnatural sounds. I heard Aeri gasp, shocked by my sudden action.
I saw the puzzled expression of Rina and Mina and a raised eyebrow from Kyungmi. Yet, none of them stepped in and instead waited for me to stop.
Tears from pain were already leaving Chorim's eyes, and her pale complexion was becoming white.
