"One step after another babe." I said to Allie, as she tried to crutch up the stairs.

"You suck." She huffed.

"Hey." I said, sliding myself onto the step in front of her. "That hurt my feelings." I said, and she smiled.

"I'm sorry." Allie said, as I hovered my lips over hers. Slowly connecting my lips with Allie's, I smiled.

"You're forgiven." I said. "Now come on, let's get you up these stairs."

Allie had broken her foot in the game against Colombia. She had broken three bones in her foot, and couldn't practice for a month at least. So that meant she wouldn't be ready until late May, or maybe even early June. She'd be able to play, but Jill was worried about her not being ready for Rio.

I didn't tell Allie that.

"Can we get food?" Allie asked, and I nodded.

We weren't really dating. I mean, I wanted to date her, but Allie wasn't ready. So I would just be me, and I would let her be her. When she was ready to date me, I would be right here standing with open arms.

"Of course we can get food." I said, and she smiled. "Here." I said, and gently picked Allie up in my arms. She giggled, and held onto her crutches. "We've got a few more stairs to climb, and you looked tired."

"I'm not tired." Allie said, as I glanced down at her. "Okay, maybe I am." She mumbled, and I nodded.

"That's what I thought." I said.

Walking Allie and I into the dinning room, I carried her over to her normal table where Alex and Tobin were.

"Al, how's the foot?" Alex asked.

"Fine." Allie said.

"I'll bring you something to eat." I said to her, and she smiled.

"Thanks." She said, and I walked off.

Getting her something to eat, I then poured her a cup of coffee. Allie liked coffee with everything, and I mean everything. It was breakfast so I guess this time was expectable.

Walking back over to the middy, I rested the plate in front of her. I then handed her the coffee, and let my hand brush past her lower back.

"Enjoy." I said, as she smiled.

"T-thanks." Allie stuttered, before I headed off to my own table. I sat down beside Emily, as the forward smiled at me.

"So how's Allie?" She asked, nudging me with my elbow.

"She's fine." I said, and let a small smile fall across my lips. "She's perfect." I whispered out.

"Wow, so you really told her. You're really a thing." Emily said, and I nodded.

"Possibly." I said, and she smiled. "So are you going to tell me who's blowing up your phone?" I asked.

"No." Emily mumbled.

"Nope, not fair. I told you about my crush, now tell me about yours." I said.

"It's nothing." The forward mumbled.

"Who's this random girl Em?" I asked.

"She's not random." Emily said.

"Well where did you meet her? The gym, coffee house?" I questioned.
