Chapter 69: Disappointing

Rapmonster~ POV

"Don't take it personal son, but the decision falls onto you. It's only natural for a father to want his son to follow after him."

"You're not my father," Jungkook angrily stated.

Fox shrugged.

"Crow, finish him," Fox said as he handed me the knife.

You want me to kill V?!

Bunny pushed me with his weapon. I stared at the others and V. He was limp and bleeding out. His face was scrunched up.

"Hell no!" I shouted and tossed the knife away.

"Tsk tsk tsk." Fox shook his head.

Before I knew it, I received a kick in the gut from Bunny. I fell to the ground and cried out. Bunny stepped on my chest and crushed my lungs. I tried to smack his foot away, but he kept stomping on me.

"Rapmonster grow up and do something for once," Bunny spat.

"Fu-", I screamed as he kicked my head.

I brought up my arms and tried to shield myself.

Suga~ POV

I trained for these type of situations. I was a naval officer. My first thought was to escape before things got out of hand.

Things are getting out of hand.

J-Hope hasn't "awoken". V was on the verge of death. Jungkook was locked. We were held back by these stupid zip ties. Because one of the gang members died, we would have a better chance of surviving. It would be five versus three. Three, who were armed.

Thanks to Rapmonster who threw the knife, it landed near Jimin. Hound has not kept an eye on us. He was mostly looking at Fox and Bunny from what had happened.

Idiot.

I'm not one to panic, but surely Jin and Jimin did. Jin, impatiently, tried to rip away from his restrictions. With Jimin's sweat, the gag slid off. Jimin reached for the knife swiftly and slyly. He winced as he accidentally cut himself.

Jimin started sawing the plastic. I didn't want to make it obvious by staring at him, so I watched him in the corner of me.

"Jungkook don't make me do this!" Fox evilly laughed.

Fox picked up Jimin. Jimin yelped and kicked the knife to me.

No one saw.

I gave the knife to Jin instead. Hound was closest to me. Even though the canine was unaware, I did not want to let down my guard.

Jimin struggled in Fox's grasp.

"NO," Jungkook shouted as he stood up.

Jungkook received an uppercut from Hound. Jungkook was furious. In the midst of what was happening, Jimin bit on Fox's hand. Jimin stumbled over V's body.

A gush of blood started spilling from Fox's hand.

Fox immediately wrapped his bleeding hand around Jimin's throat.

No!

I looked over to Rapmonster and he pushed a shelf. A pair of pliers slid over to me. I quickly grabbed it and started working on getting free.

I tried to focus on my breathing as everything else unfolded. I need to help now.

C'mon Suga.

Jin finally escaped and ran over and speared Hound. Bunny got up but Rapmonster held him by his legs. Jungkook jumped up and wrapped his large chains and arms over Fox. Jimin was released and fell on his arms. I heard a snap and he broke his zip tie.

Jungkook was choking Fox. Hound was shoving Jin around. Bunny would eventually be free. I needed to get out of this restraint!

Jimin saw me and easily clipped off my zip tie.

"There was two ties all along," Jimin muttered.

I went over to assist Jin and Rapmonster. I can trust that Jimin will back up Jungkook.

We have chances.

We do.

Jimin~ POV

Suga, with great energy, rushed over to hold back Hound. Jin stood his ground. Suga switched back and forth with Bunny and Hound.

Although Rapmonster was pummeled earlier, he got up and stood his ground too.

We can do this.

They were outnumbered in the first place.

I dragged V out of the way. His pulse was faint.

"Jimin," he weakly said.

I brought him over to J-Hope. J-Hope was alive too, but unconscious. His head was bleeding though.

What should I do?!

I ripped both of my sleeves off. My one arm exposed the number I received earlier from the park lady, Minji. I tied each sleeve around V's wound and J-Hope's head.

"Stay with us guys," I softly said.

V tried to nod, but his head leaned back to the floor. I glanced back to the chaotic scene. Suga and Jin were still teaming up against Hound. Rapmonster did his best to return the favor back to Bunny.

I planned to help Rapmonster when I heard some thing drop. Jungkook was pushed off of Fox, his chain still in place. Fox picked up his fallen gun and aimed it at Jungkook.

Wait.

Jungkook did not stagger.

"Son, you're disappointing."

Right away, I rushed over to Fox and gave him a great shove. I scratched off his mask and tossed the gun to Jungkook. My attack was enough to distract Fox.

We will get out of here.

We have too.

My heart skipped a beat when I heard a single gunshot. I was scared to look back. I heard chains falling along with a something heavier.

I anticipated, but I glanced back to see Jungkook, free.
