"Are you sure about this ?" Cody asked

"100% " I breathed heavily

"Don't worry so much babe , it'll all be alright " he put his arm around my waist.

We walked through the secret doors, I better enjoy this because it might just be my last time going without lights flickering . My parents sat in the living room with worried expressions .


"Kayla where have you been its midnight ! Your too young to be out at this time " Mÿ dad exclaimed

"Sorry . I just had to something "

"We'll honey , what'd you have to do that caused you to be out so late "my mom asked

"I'm sick and tired of being hidden.
Sick of bribing my former students and teachers not to tell anyone . I'm sick of not going to family celebrations , baby showers , birthday party's.Mom I'm just sick of being excluded for my
Whole Life. "I cried

"Honey . I never knew you felt like this " she hugged me

"So I'm gonna go out of hiding ." I told her

She looked at me for a Lon period of e before saying "Ok if that's what you want , " she gave me a sweet Smile

"Tomorrow?"

"Ok ill make plans , I love you so much" she gave me another hug

"I will always love you Kay Kay " m dad kissed me forehead .

My mom went to her office to make plans , my dad went to bed .

"I'm sleepy " I said

I laid on the couch for a minute or so before Cody carried me upstairs . He tucked me in and kissed my forehead. He was walking away to open the door when I pulled him back .


"I can't sleep " I smiled

"You scared me !" He laughed tickling me

"Stop it ! " I laughed "Cody !" I tickled him back

He was now on top of me ; a little space between us .

"I'm . Dying . Of . Laughter !" I breathed heavily

He smiled and stopped tickling me "Now you know never to scare me" he sat on my bedside

"Eh . I've learned my lesson , for now" I smirked

"What can I do with you ? " he joked

"Well... you can kiss me ?"

I leaned in and his soft lips interlocked with mine , it felt nothing like Nary's kisses . Cody made me feel whole , safe and beautiful .

His big hands cupped my cheeks as I leaned in closer . My arms wrapped around his neck and my legs were around his hips . It was a slow , long make out session I guess .

"Is'nt this cheating ? " I asked between kisses

"Nope . It's not cheating if I didn't actually ask Acacia out ? " he said

I laughed and to my displeasure his lips left mine .

Highway to hell , highway to hell ..
Cody picked up his phone , after a few mumbles and glares he hangs up .

"What's wrong ?"

"My parents want me to come over and have a big festive dinner with Acacia " he glared

"Oh "

"I'll see you in the morning . Sleep tight beautiful" he kissed my forehead.

I laid in my bed for awhile thinking of all the changes I'm gonna face before getting tired and falling to sleep.

I wiped the crust of my eyes and sat upright . About 10 people were in my bedroom and I had no idea who they were .

"Finally she's up " one said

"Uh who are you guys ?" I asked

"Oh we're you wardrobe and makeup team " they all smiled

"I'm Lily " a girl said . She had long curled brown hair , tan skin and a figure most girls would only dream of.

"I'm Luke " Luke was tall and had light brown hair with piercing blue eyes.

"This is , Mara , Miranda , Leah , Diana , Mecca , Trevor and Logan. Their just some extra help for today " Lily said

"Today ?"

"You almost forgot . Your getting out of hiding and we need you to look the best ." Luke said

"Oh ok "

"Go hop in the shower and brush your teeth and well get started ."

I had a short shower and brushed my teeth . It was actually happening and my mom planned it out just like that .

I sat in a leather black chair as Lily and 4 others worked on my hair , Luke and Miranda ran across the room with bags of dresses , skirts etc. , The rest were plucking at my faces with tools and brushes.

It has been about 5 hours and I wanted to fall asleep .

"Your done Hun !"
Luke twirled my chair around .


My hair was in big luscious curls , instead of it being a greyish black or was a shiny bright raven black with brown tips . My lips were in a bold red , my green eyes popped and my high cheekbones were really noticeable .

They dressed me in a black 2 piece ; the top was a tight crop top with a high neckline , the skirt however had a flow to it but was short as well . They put big earrings on me and a studded
Choker. I had on red big heels that made my 5'6 body about 5'9

"Wow " I said

"You look just wonderful " they smiled

"Thanks so much !"

"Don't worry about it . Anyways your mom is downstairs ok she wants you to go immediately "


I walked downstairs with the heels in my hands , I didn't want to break myself .

"Honey you look splendid !! The driver is in the car ok ? You'll be going to the press I set up then go to the red carpet with Cody . Alright ? Great !" She exclaimed

"Thanks mom" I gave her a hug .
"Your welcome honey "

I quickly got into the big Rang Rover , a blonde lady drove me to the location my was rambling about .

"So you excited? "

"More nervous "

"Don't worry about it! Love can conquer all"her soothing voice said

I slept for the rest of the car ride , as all my life played out as a dream .

"Kayla , your so adorable !" The 16 year old Kim laughed

"The adorableness has to go tote room" Mÿ mom laughed

She picked me up and took me To the secret room with little toys .

I still remember not meeting if a single one of my relatives ...
Hearing the laughs form outside the doors while I was bored to death .
I remember all those devastating moments ...But now it was just gonna be the past.....


"We're here!"


"Ok" I breathed heavily

I opened the doors slowly .

I could hear the loud voices , the click of cameras an gasps .

My life was gonna change .
