One year later
We all sat in my living room, a few of us on the couch and chairs, then a few of us on the floor. "I heard about this lodge in the mountains. Great weekend get away" Dan starts, the newest 'member' of our group of friends. "What's it called?" Jane asks as she begins to give out beers to everyone. "Blackwood pines lodge"
"No" the rest of us say at the same time. Dan looks surprised. "Alright then"
"We are never going there again" Jane says as she sits down on the couch next to Phil and he wraps an arm around her shoulders. Dan raises an eyebrow. "What?" He says, now knowing of that night at the lodge. "It's a long story" Em says. She still has the scar on her arm from the thing pulling her out the window.
"We have time"
