Chapter 7 : I'm Going To You

SUNGGYU POV

I wasn’t able to chase them and eventually I got lost of their sight so I thought of just roaming around just like what I planned to do earlier then get back to the dorm. I spent for about 30 minutes of wandering. All those chasing were exhausting so I sat on a bench to take some rest. Few minutes later, Jieun appeared out of nowhere.

“Oppa! What are you doing here at this hour?” I just stared at her and remained silent not bothering to answer her question. She sat next to me.

“Uhmm... About how I acted rudely before, I’m sorry.” She always makes apologies in a sweet manner that’s so hard to reject. I smiled in return, glancing at her.

“Yeah… That was kind of rude,” I firmly said nodding my head.

“Aren’t you supposed to say sorry too?”

“Why would I?? For what??”

“aiish…You should know what- you did wrong too! My cheeks were nearly swollen don’t you know?!”

“I thought it was fine though.”

“Pff…If it was fine, I wouldn’t be walking out of the room after madly yelling at you.”

“Was it something to really get mad of? I remember doing it couple of times before and you’re fine with it- you even pinched my cheeksk back.”

“Aaah..That was before! A-and when you did it back then it didn’t hurt so… so I’m fine with it!”

“Kiddo! You’re hiding something from me, I know you well.”

“W-what? I’m not hiding anything…Stop that assumptions!”

“Mmm… Oh well, It’s ok if you won’t tell me anything.haha.. The truth is- I’m also hiding something from you and it’s a secret! It would be fair like this, we’re even now.”

“I’m not hiding anything from you…so just tell me your secret, just say it! Come on Oppa…Tell me!”

“Mmm… I-I really can’t! But here’s the thing, pinching your cheeks that hard comes with a reason…’wanna know why?”

“Oh?! W-why? Why??”

“I find you cute and adorable…” I paused then added. “Kidding! Haha…” this is so not me… so I covered it up.

“Aiiish…enough of this! You’re getting weird Oppa…You’re not yourself really!”

“Haha…Ok-ok I’ll stop… But- just for a moment there, you really thought you’re cute and adorable right?”

“Don’t start it again oppa, I’m warning you!”

“yeah… But seriously, you’re really cute Jieun- no joke!”

“Oppa!” she slapped my arm then I stood up and started walking smiling to myself then paused after taking few steps and faced her.

“You coming??” I asked her. She stood up and walked past me.. Just when her back was already facing me, I whispered softly.

“I like you.” She didn’t turn her back so I’m not sure if she heard it. It’s quite embarrassing but it would be nice if she really did hear my awkward confession. I normally don’t do events.

NAEUN POV

There’s something weird about Woohyun. I have this sort of feeling like maybe he already knows everything about me. Anyway, I’ll quit with these silly assumptions. He dragged me inside their dorm and that really freaked me out.
