Chapter 17 - You're My Oppa

Chapter 17

L POV

I don’t know what came to my mind but I just kissed her. I kissed Naeun. It was the stupidest thing I did! I can’t even look straight to her now.

“O-oppa…” she uttered.

Oppa? Was she referring to me? No, it must be Sungyeol so I looked back to check but nobody’s around.  I turned to face her again and surprised to see that tears were actually flowing down from her eyes. Damn! I made her cry.

“N-naeun…d-don’t c-cry. I’m sorry. Please…d-don’t cry.” I stuttered. I felt terribly sorry for what I just did.

“Oppa! Y-you’re a b-bad g-guy!!!” she hit me as tears continuously flowed down.

I suddenly went speechless when she hugged me in the middle of hitting me. It was a very tight hug and it felt warm. I managed to hug her back.

“Oppa…”

It’s weird how she kept on calling me oppa now. This really reminds me of what we were used to be. Wait! C-could it be…

“Oppa, why didn’t you tell me that it’s actually you?!  You kept silent for the whole time when it’s actually you.” She said still cuddling me and this time she tightened it more.

“W-what are you saying?” I searched for her eyes.

“You’re my oppa! Myung-ie oppa. My oppa back from 10 years ago! B-bad guy!”

She recognized me? Is this even real? She looked up to me and she appeared to be the Naeun that I know 10 years ago, that little Naeun who was a crybaby.

“You remember now?”

She pulled away and shortly stared at me then she stood up and ran away.

“W-wait!” I stood up and followed her behind but as soon as I got out from the movie house, she was already out of my sight.

Why did she run away? Was she upset that I didn’t tell her anything? Or c-could it be that she’s really mad at me because of that kiss? Ugh… it’s my fault either way. There’s no time to waste. I need to find her fast.

Naeun POV

I remembered it all now- that very awkward moment when we first met on a summer break, every little thing that we made for fun, and all those other times when we spent our childhood together on our neighborhood. Tch. I can’t believe that I finally figured out the story behind his so familiar looking face after a month of questioning myself.

“You remember now?”

His voice brought me back to reality. I was tightly hugging him for some time now so I backed off. Then I remembered- right! He kissed me earlier! O.o

Our eyes met which was awkward ‘cause I’m actually thinking about that kiss. My eyes immediately caught his lips so I swiftly stood up and ran away. I can’t let him see that I’m blushing! No, he can’t! =^=

After a few turns, I stopped by a nearby store. I felt tired of running away but I’m much comfortable now. I really can’t stand being with him at this moment. It’s too awkward! Even though I felt glad knowing that he was actually my childhood friend but realizing that he actually kissed me was a shock! O.o Why did he even do that?! Aiiish… everything was well but he damn kissed me! And that was even my FIRST!!! TT^TT He dared stole my FIRST KISS!!!

Sungyeol POV

I entered the movie house but Naeun and Myungsoo were not around. They’re nowhere to be seen. These guys dared to ditch me!? @.@ Just wait and see, you’ll pay for this! I stormed out of that place since it won’t be fun anymore. TT^TT
